Heather from the bakery talked to my daughter and told her "I have done a cow pull apart cupcake if you would like that I would be happy to make it for you." It's an amazing pull apart cake. I can not thank her enough for making my little girls birthday wish. She is obsessed with cows lol. Thank you once again”

They really go the extra mile, even for just one prescription.GOOD to KNOW: their prices for my script was 50% less than than the "discount price" offered by my online/insurance pharmacy. They are so nice and efficient, I honestly look forward to going in and picking up my script---it gives me faith in humanity!”

“We recently hosted a neighborhood social event. We decided to provide the entrée of fried chicken pieces. We shopped around for prices for 150 pieces. We tried Lee's Famous Recipe, Popeye's, and Publix, even though we had never tried Publix chicken. Lee's, our favorite, said $195. I could never get a straight answer from Popeye's even though I tried two different locations. Lastly, Publix gave us a price of $125. We scurried down to Publix to see if we liked their chicken, so we bought three pieces (leg, thigh, and breast) and they were delicious, so we made Publix our choice. We ordered our chicken several days in advance and it was ready to go at the appointed day and time. At our little gathering the Publix chicken was a hit! Good going Publix!!”
“Congested and extremely difficult to get in and out of. The City really needs to improve the ingress and egress for this very high volume traffic area. Long lines all day, but it moves fairly quick. 95% of the time has the cheapest gas in SW Ocala. You have to have a Sam's Club membership card to get gas here, so sign up for one or borrow a friend's card (I am sure everybody does it).”
“It's Sam's Club. Get in and get out! It's a mad house and the employees are doing their best. The parking lot needs to be fixed too. This is horse country. Everyone has a big truck!”
“So quick and easy to navigation, I love the extra verification steps.. usually earlier than set for. I switched from 20 years with Walgreens. The drive thru is never backed up, like CVS or Walgreens, that are literally all in a row in one intersection. I ask why a pharmacy would just mess things up.. long wait times, but not at Walmart, they actually check your list, get new scripts filled. I completely reckoned this pharmacy.”

“I've been to this place several times. They keep it pretty clean, and they seem to have adequate staff. The shelves are typically full and the quality is at least as good as your average Walmart. They have a good selection of food. The customer service counter never has much of a line. The reason for minus one star is that they are turning all their checkouts into self check out. I'm not shopping at your store so I can check my own self out. Get a little less cheap and pay some people to do the check out. I mean seriously, most of the people shopping in here are senior citizens and they don't need or want to be fooling around with the checkout machine. Other than that it's a great place.”

They worked with the hospital staff to get me a coupon for my very costly prescription.The only thing I didn’t like is I overheard them talking trash about other customers which I find to be very unprofessional.”

“Tis the night before Christmas and the parking is a mess, it appears this entrance is a challenge on any day of the year but I found a parking spot in the middle of the lot so my walk wasn't terribly far. I was prepared for a chaotic experience with everyone doing their last minute shopping along with a lot of empty shelves, but that wasn't the case, the staff was prepared with plenty of employees stocking the shelves and extra checkers and baggers all working hard to keep things moving and doing it all with a welcoming smile and friendly customer interactions. I had a relatively short shopping list so I anticipated being in and out of here rather quickly. I consider myself an expert shopper so I easily navigated the asiles with little effort circumventing the undecided ones that no doubt could be here awhile. Two bottles of champagne, a few jars of seasonings, a dozen eggs, a loaf of fresh baked french bread and a box of "joy" sugar cones and I'm standing at the checkout. I picked a lane that seemed to be too good to be true and it was, although I was second in line the guy in front of me was doing his last minute Christmas shopping and everyone he knows is getting gift cards and the cashier is even less thrilled than me - he was paying with a stack of Publix gift cards and they all seemed to be of small values so it took several to pay for the cards he was gifting, I'm just glad he couldn't leave a note for each of the recipients. Well she got through it and the holiday season smile never left her but I suspect she was happy to see I only had a few items. I made it to the Jeep to find my aisle completely stuffed with vehicles waiting on a spot just passed mine. I carefully placed my goods in the back since everything in my bags were breakable, as I put the TJ in reverse I realized I just created a real issue for the guy just passed my space by a car fender who was second for the spot all the others were waiting to back out and that's when an Angel appeared out of nowhere not with feathered wings but in the form of a shopping cart pusher dressed in a green Publix shirt who voluntarily took control and directed traffic and made me a gap to escape unscathed, definitely a divine gift for me and the KIA Soul who pulled in my space before I could straighten my steering. I loved this Publix even on one of the busiest days of the year...”

Always a wonderful greeting and big smile! The two most names pharmacy could not suplied my son med due to a shortage, Julius get it in two days. I always recommend Neso pharmacy there is no BIG NAME pharmacy with non caring generic unhappy employees for this patient!!! Thank you so much Julius, for being there for our famly. Really appreciated.”
“I stopped in to send a package through Fedex but found out that you have to have a preprinted label as they are not able to print them on-site. Also, the mailers need to be purchased through the store before mailing. Best to have your mailer in hand with the preprinted label and then go in and send it. It will save you time.”

“I am giving the pharmacy 5 stars only to the pharmacist on duty. I would give CVS 1 star for providing this wonderful woman Teresa no help on a Saturday holiday weekend. She was working by herself and still she found time on a busy day to provide a smile and answer questions. I under that these are tough times finding qualified pharmacy help but this woman Teresa continued to do a outstanding job under not great conditions.”
“Everyone is so helpful at this Walgreens. I love the service! There's not a time when someone doesn't greet you with "welcome to Walgreens" and says goodbye by saying "be well". It's nice to be noticed. This location is a bit smaller than some of the other Walgreens as their products are limited. Few greeting card selections, as well as other items. I've also noticed that some of the food and even other the counter remedies are very close to being expired so check those dates when you make a purchase. They have one of the most knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy staff. Unfortunately the pharmacy closes at 5:00 on the weekends and there is only one person assisting everyone during the weekend. Your best time to go is during the week. There are many close out special at this store which is why I end up purchasing more than I intended! Always clean and carts of all kinds are always available. Management is great!”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding staff you have at the Grand Oaks Town Center Bakery. I came in to see if some custom platters could be made for me. Mykenzie was so helpful, and understood and designed my request exactly. Mia produced a dozen magnificent platters of chocolate dipped strawberries and mini fruit tarts which I was able to pick up the very next day. To say I was impressed when I arrived to pick them up was an understatement. Everything was packed with care, and so delicious. You definitely put a smile on a lot of faces with these treats. Kudos to all the dedicated, talented and friendly bakery staff!”

“Clean, friendly staff that are also helpful! And if ya'll haven't tried their cornbread that they keep hidden and under wraps ( or.... more like a hostage type thing ) REGARDLESS... They are kept behind the counter in deli area..... And don't think you can just get them whenever you want, I tried already and it was definitely looked down upon! You have to ask for them, which can become very awkward very quickly because it seems like not everyone knows exactly what your speaking of. So just disregard the feelings of an illegal transaction taking place. But again, you might have to help out the employees owho don't know of this gold nugget! And now, THANKS TO ME, .. You will show and tell with all the confiendence in the world!!
