64 Ounces of spilled milk-based beverages!! Smelled beautiful for the first few hours (“I should spill some coffee in my car more often.”)And then, “Is there a wet animal in here?…Is that my friend??…Is it me?!!”Sour milk smell couldn’t be removed after I tried multiple treatments of cleaner, baking soda, and auto upholstery foaming…Professional Detailing knew exactly what to do. Curtis is so experienced, friendly, honest, and hard working. Old school principles and purpose. I highly recommend Professional Detailing if you need help. Thank you, Curtis!!

Would not recommend any other place in Florida more than this one. Very attentive and extremely passionate about their work. I worked at Pro Detail periodically and learned enough to start my own career, so i speak from personal experience. If you want your vehicle done right and aren’t afraid to pay for what it’s worth, this is your establishment. ??

My wife, father in law,, and I all have been letting Curtis detail our cars for years. He has repaired chips, rust spots, fading paint, and worn away clear coat. He is without question a master at his craft. He has redone my roof, hood, and fenders. Curtis is the answer to the abuses cars suffer under the Florida sun! My 14 yr old Honda Ridgeline looks showroom new everytime he does it. I get compliments all the time!! He is a true professional. He'll tell you what your vehicle needs and if he can do it. Dealerships use him for a reason.

DO NOT GO HERE! … I schedule an appointment to have my vehicle detailed at 8:30 AM on Tuesday July 14, 2020 at Professional Detail, INC. Which we had agreed on a full bumper to bumper detail including engine detail and headlights cleaned for $300…I left expecting to have my vehicle looked after. I called about 4 PM to check on my car, they stated it would be ready at 5 PM. Upon arrival my car looked good, I paid $300 and was not given a receipt, I didn’t think about it seeing as I was not actually buying a physical object. I got in the vehicle to leave and the radio was very loud so I turned it down. (My radio is a Pioneer 7” touch screen CD/DVD receiver) A few seconds later the radio started to automatically switch stations and trying to eject a CD by itself, and none of the other buttons are working properly. I let Professional Detail know what was happening. They suggested I put the windows down to let it dry out and that they used a spray to clean it. I did as they requested… I brought the vehicle back to them so they could see what was happening after airing it out did not work… As soon as I arrived, I greeted them politely and the guy just walked right passed me. He opened my vehicle and pulled out his phone and started recording my radio, my vin number, and my tag. He pointed his phone on me and said he can look at my vehicle but I have to leave the premises and I could not be there while he looks at my vehicle. I said that is why I am here for you to look at my vehicle, but I am not leaving the premises. (I did not feel comfortable with them taking apart my vehicle without me there). He would not do it. I then offered to show them the exact same radio on Best Buy which costs $350 plus tax. I asked for a refund of the $300 to replace the radio. He said he was not going to give me a refund. I then offered to further show that I was not just trying get my money back by offering to use the money to have my radio replaced and that I would give them the radio they messed up if they believe they can fix it. Professional Detail still refused to do anything about my radio still not working and that I should get a lawyer and go to court… DO NOT GO HERE! In short, they charged $300 for a detail, messed up my radio and would not do anything about.

The owner Mr. Curtis is an amazing guy. He is super friendly and very hardworking. I took my car there originally just for detailing but after a short conversation with him we agreed on a bigger plan. Him and his team of dedicated workers not only detailed my car but also fixed some body damage and repainted it in less than 2 weeks. The service was incredible and his prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely will be recommending him to friends and family.

They aren't even 1 star worthy since every time we call for them to come fix their poor craftsmanship we get attitude & push back. If they would only do correctly & stop putting band aid on job then maybe 1 star I could see them earning. In 2013 we were very excited to get the bath wraps done on our house's 2 bathrooms & to use an "experienced" FL based company to do so.Unfortunately that's where the excitement stopped and the headaches began. Liner wasn't cut to correct sizes so ever since the completion of the project the company has had to send out "fixers" at least 2X a year b/c caulk doesn't stay...it cracks creating big gaps! We were told that the mold from previous bath & tiles wouldn't affect us once liner on but with the cracks developing so the mold finds a way to come through! And since liner is special acrylic you can only use certain cleaners which do nothing on the FL mold! Very disappointed after spending hard earned $12K that I now have an uglier bathroom shower & bath than the brown tile from the 60's that was there before Fairbanks did the wrap. BEWARE their pride in their workmanship is lacking and I would not use this company for anything!

Let me clarify the no recommendation. The windows are beautiful and well constructed. The cost may be above average but you get the quality you pay for. The initial sales interview, measure all went well. The problem was communication. Be aware that it will be 2-3 MONTHS from the initial estimate to installation. When they tell you the front desk will call you to set up the inspection in a few days, DO NOT WAIT for them to call. I waited over a week and then had to call them to set it up. I was given a date and told I would have to be there from 8-5 (city won't narrow it down). I called the city at 4pm to learn that I was never on the schedule. When I called Fairbanks, I was told by Pam that I had given them 4 dates and that they had checked to see if the inspection could be done without some screens (seems to me that this can't be the first time this question had come up) and that they did not hear back from the city until today. Number one, I don't believe you. If this was true, why didn't you call me today to schedule the inspection (that they claim had not been scheduled) so at least I would have had part of my day off back! So the moral of the story is be your own advocate. Do not wait for them to communicate, call them the same day or at most the day after the installation to schedule the inspection. To give you the full time line, my initial contact with them was Sept, 2018 and it is now February 2019 and I still can't put window coverings on my windows! Update. They came to cover the screw holes and finish the trim yesterday. Put trim up but did nothing with the screw holes. When I called, they said the screw hole covers were a courtesy! WTF! $20,000 and they say it is a courtesy to make them look good? They are coming out to cover the picture frame screw holes but say they cannot cover the ones on the inside of the double hung windows. Below are pictures of what they say is what $20000 windows look like!
