Sam went above and beyond to help us with our Apple Watch and apple phone issues. Because our iPhone X would not update the Apple Watch would not function correctly. Sam set us up with a new phone, did the necessary updates, and paired the watch. She did this with a smile and very pleasant manner.Thanks Sam!

I came in already having a horrible night and time trying to activate my phone plan and change my carrier. After trying to find your store for a half hour (GPS has the wrong location and I’m from out of state.) I finally got there and spoke with Sam. Right before close I went in she was extremely nice and willing to help me with anything! She helped me and actually I left in a better mood than I had walking in. I’m so happy she was there to help me. Thank you!

Awful customer service and lazy employees a guy who sits there on his phone and I didn't get the blonde girls name but she should not be in customer service. Refused to help and when we said we wanted a new expensive phone she made it seem like we couldn't afford it. This was Thursday night around 7pm, the wildwood store helped us immediately and they were friendly . Avoid this location.

Deborah went out of her way to help me get the iphone 15. took a few days and she was very patient. great person and very professional. i have had spectrum 3 years internet and mobile. my only issue is the store does not have its own phone.

I gave them three stars because last week when I was there trying to pick up my modem for my Wi-Fi they wouldn't give it to me.. they gave me a number to call to have my account set up, so I called the number.. the people on the phone gave me a choice to go back to the store and pick up my modem or I can have it shipped to me overnight.. I told him that I would pick it up in the store, I even went back to the store with the people on the phone and they would not give me my modem.. they told me that I had to wait to get it through the mail.. the girl on the phone was getting upset because what they were telling me was not true and that I should have been able to get my modem in the store with no problems.. I told her that I would just wait and get it through the mail because I didn't want any problems.. but this did aggravate me, but it was cool for all it was worth.. I was not happy with my experience at the store

Great customer service. Harvy Herrera is top notch, he will answer your questions and goes above and beyond to help.After receiving our new phones stopped by to have them loaded up with the info from our old phones. Harvy got right on it and had us going in no time at all. Once again this should be a model store for all spectrum stores especially the one in Inverness .

I had a terrible experience with spectrum cable.. first off they are very expensive for what you get. Regardless I was a loyal spectrum customer for over 3 years with never missing a payment and never a late payment ever! A few months ago I cannot pay spectrum due to loss of job. I owed spectrum two months by the time I found a job. Of course they cut off my cable which is understandable. After after many harassing phone calls at wee hours of the morning night and day I finally get a call from the collection department of spectrum the lady was very rude and very forceful trying to make me make a payment when I had no cash to do so. She threatened me with collection agency I said that's fine but as soon as I get a job I can pay them. Few weeks later I found a job and was earning money once again to be able to pay spectrum what I owed them. I called spectrum and spoke to a lady to make arrangements on payments to what I owed spectrum lady said yes we can work with you. I made one $20 payment 2 weeks from then I tried to make another payment and my account was not recognized meaning it was closed. A month or two later I get noticed from a collecting agency threatening to ruin my credit if I don't pay account in full. I'm finally back on my feet and was able to pay the full amount I owed spectrum. I do not recommend spectrum to anybody horrible cable company the worst I've ever dealt with! Consumer beware of spectrum and their rude way of treating a customer! I would rather watch no TV ever than to deal with spectrum again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there last week and the gentleman who you will see sitting there playing on his phone that give no care told me they will get a shipment of phones last Tuesday I went there on Thursday and said they won't get a shipment til the next Tuesday know well it's a 45 min drive cause it was the closest store to me. I would recommend talking to someone else other than this guy.

Keyan Deserves credit where credit is due the man came out in the rain and took care of my cable set up with spectrum he was very kind and professional! He saw the situation at hand and took care of it in a timely manner much appreciated Keyan and Spectrum for great services!

Old equipment,and excuses for there systems that they are trying to mesh into oneAnd the customer suffers with outages , while they play catch up. Nothing is up to date except there, B.S. commercials, claiming what they are not, but what they hope to be in the future.Pull it together for your customer's, who so ever is you plan of action person, should be FIRED, IT'S NOT WORKING NOW, WE CAN PUT A MAN ON THE MOON IN 2 DAYS. I'VE BEEN WITH SPECTRUM 5 YEARS AT THIS LOCATION YA THINK YOU COULD UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS OF YOUR COMPANIES DEMANDS. Y'ALL ARE A VERY SAD EXAMPLE.?

I spoke with Pearl from the call center in Tampa, Florida, and she was one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was professional, kind, informative, and definitely turned a previous bad experience into a great one!! Thanks Pearl!

Terrible employees at this particular store. Representative on the phone and the website state that the equipment can be returned at the Spectrum store. Upon entering the store I was greeted and immediately turned away about trying to return the old equipment. It was obvious that they didn't want to do their job. Instead of making a scene to embarass him, I choose to leave and call customer service. They are sending me a box and label to return my equipment. I suggest spectrum get better, not so lazy employees.

I'd rather leave ZERO stars for this pathetic service company that not only lies about their services, but then even fails to be able to deliver on their own lies! The internet service is less than half the speed that you'll pay for, and it's completely unreliable. They also gouge their customers by not providing any prorated billing, even if you cancel on the first of the month...you still pay for the full month! Such a rip off and such crappy service! They just suck! Find a better alternative...ANY alternative!!!
