The phlebotomist at the front desk was super helpful and sweet. Viviana did my blood draw and she was amazing! Not only was the process pain free, but she did a great job taking care of me when I felt woozy after. Super personable and skilled. I’ll be coming back to this location for future bloodwork.

I would recommend this lab for bloodwork. Much higher rated than any Quest lab. I made an appointment the night before, and when I arrived I only waited a couple of minutes. I hate blood work, and am always anxious. The nurse made it very easy, and kept me distracted. The entire visit was less than 10 minutes.

Highly recommended this place to anyone that needs a clean, friendly and professional place to get your blood work done. Although the location is in downtown, they still offer lots of parking and convenience.The staff was extremely kind and proficient in getting the job done right. I was worried at first due to the places I’ve been to in the past that gave me a bit of negative mindset. This place put me at ease and very happy I have a “go to” place now!

I loved the staff and customer service. The lady at the desk was very nice and friendly, I was at the wrong location and she was so nice to show me where the Doctors office was located.I then later returned for blood work and the lady who drew my blood for lab work, was efficient, she found my veins quickly and drew the blood right away. I was done within minutes. My visit was very enjoyable.

I went for a regular blood draw and Mindy did a GREAT job. Didn’t even feel the “pinch” ?. Everyone was very friendly and I was out within 15 min.

This place is fantastic, it’s nice and private, not a lot of people. Mindy is great, very kind and helpful, and Renand is phenomenal at what he does, super nice and has a soft hand when it comes to your lab work . No bruising and don’t really feel the needle. Would definitely recommend them for your lab work.
