“Hind was our sales person and we couldn’t have been happier with her professional, attentive, respectful, helpful persona. We shopped at Ashley’s Furniture on multiple occasions but at the different location. We went in with a purpose, Hind pulled up our past orders to help us find exactly what we were looking for. It was incredibly easy process with her. She was able to give us a discount on delivery also which was nice. We saw some dining chairs that we fell in love with, but decided not to get them at a time. By the next morning we called Hind in hopes that we could just order them through her without visiting the store again. In few minuses our new order was finalized and put on the same delivery date as our previously ordered items. “It’s really hard to compare my IKEA furniture to the real-wood furniture from Warehaus. Not only is this forever-quality, artisanal furniture but the owner is an absolute gem. We’ve gotten 2 pieces over a year from him and he even offered to make additional changes to best suit our needs. I occasionally get things from similar vendors and the quality doesn’t always seem the same . It can be a drive to come allllll the way out here but it’s doesn’t definitely worth itThe staff is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to ordering. She took the time to walk around the store several of times with my husband and I to assist me in locating the proper mattress for our new home. She is knowledgeable of each mattress I expressed interest in telling us all about it. I absolutely love her sense of humor and she provided us with excellent customer service. She took very good care of us. When we got home we notice our box spring was too large for our bed and it was going to be Christmas Eve when we called Sara made us aware that they can indeed do an exchange. She made it truly a smooth transition and we even went back to buy a queen size mattress protector which will serve us wonderfully. Mark and Isaac were able to provide a quick consult for me, even as the Kukri wielding savages were about to accost me and my sidekick, Short Round.Having settled on a hybrid Posturpedic Plus, paired with a Tempur-Ergo 3.0 adjustable base to get the angle right, (and some very timely delivery service), my little cart bounced right into the doors of the evil temple, where I was able to nab the glowing crystal McGuffins and save the girl before everything mysteriously exploded. Well done, guys, well done.”
