“I needed a thyroid panel and was fed up with the long wait times at Quest so I decided to give this place a shot. I’m so glad that I did! It’s very clean and cozy inside and easy to find in Waterford Lakes. There were two staff present at the time and they were so lovely and friendly, I can’t stress that enough. Well, I sometimes get lightheaded if I see my blood being drawn and I made the mistake of looking as the phlebotomist drew my blood today. I started to get the tunnel vision and knew I was going to pass out. I expressed my concern to them and within seconds they had a cold compress on my neck, some sugary lollipops, and some ice water. They just stood by me and took care of me until I felt better and were so sweet and understanding. I really had a great experience here and will be coming back! I would say the only cons are the price (but it makes sense since I didn’t use insurance) and the fact that it was a little toasty in the building and wish the AC was a bit colder. I’ll definitely request to lay down next time too so I don’t pass out ?”

“I have been to this location multiple times and am pleased and relieved every time. I am a hard stick, so much so that some urgent cares have stuck me 5 times before! Each time I have been here, the tech has listened to my concerns and have gotten blood with just one stick. Additionally, they are fast and I only ever have to wait for maybe one person ahead of me. Plus, labs result directly into MyChart. Highly recommend.”

I was called back promptly and the technician Rishelle was amazing! I usually have panic attacks but with her I was very calm because she was so good I barely felt anything! “I use the outpatient lab service very frequently and every tech I've had is kind and efficient.I've had Erica help me numerous times. She is compassionate and she has always been so helpful.There usually isn't a long wait time after check in.”
“Here in Orlando on vacation. Been wrestling some upper respiratory issues.. coughing, runny nose, etc.. saw this clinic while going to dinner at Giordano's and decided it was time to get checked out. I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. Not soon after I was already speaking with a doctor discussing my issues. He checked me out and recommended a shot and some other meds and I was back to dinner in no time. That's all the pros.. only con is the $100 consultation fee and they don't accept insurance.. the shot was $80 but it was all worth it in my opinion. Now hopefully I can enjoy my vacation!”

She also made sure to take all the right measures to ensure I did not pass out after I let her know that I typically do and was extremely patient with me.
