“Always fabulous to shop there! Shout out to the young manager on duty at the Customer service desk. I think his name is Charlie. Just by observing how he interacts with customers in person and over the phone, I can see he is a wonderful professional, so pleasant, educated and helpful. Jayden at the customer service desk helped me with a financial transaction with Western Union, and he was also fantastic. Great additions to the team for Publix to continue shining and exceeding customer service expectations.”

“Short version: Excellent management, particularly JenFirstly, I’m an instacart shopper. That means that sometimes certain employees believe that I don’t deserve to be treated with the same dignity and respect as a standard customer.I shopped an order here, a very large one, and left a cart by the front with permission from an employee. When I returned for it, it was gone. This was very disappointing as I worked diligently for an hour to locate the items. When I went to customer service, store manager Jen came to save the day. She went above and beyond in helping me relocate the items. I would like to personally thank her here again for her efforts. Her commitment to customer service is reflective of the Publix experience I’ve been accustomed to over the years. Thank you.”
