“Axiom Bank did what they said they would do, they're trustworthy, honest, and dependable. The only real negative is that they do require most changes to be done with you in person, or by a notarized letter with a photocopy of your id. This even included depositing proceeds from My Axiom matured cd into My Axiom savings account. They wouldn't except my asking them to do this logged into my account and using they're messaging system - thus minus the 1 star.I would certainly do business with them again.”

“Personally, Regions Bank is the bank that has treated me the best, I went with the recommendation of my accountant, and I met manager Alan. He has been able to provide numerous solutions such as refinancing my house, credit card for my business, and other bank accounts. “I Have wanted to write this review since the Hanging Moss Branch. Mr Kemple May takes customer service to the next level. Had a problem with an ATM transaction and he was getting in his car to go home, he saw me distress and ask am I ok. Mr May went back in and told me don't worry he would go back in and look at my transaction .Came back in five minutes and told me my transaction went through. I never forgot that. Thank you Mr. May.”

“Oh idk other people are talking about giving it a one star rating but I go in the morning and I don't have any problems that every person is saying they have, the people are very nice people there i never had troubles with the atm the only trouble I had with it was when I tryed to deposit $250 in ones just for fun I would give them 4.5 if I could I think they could add some cookies and water to make it a 5 star place”
“Im giving 5 stars for Antonio! He is always very kind and helpful when I go to the bank. There have been times where my payroll card has had issues and I have been blown off by other employees. Antonio on the other hand is always looking for a way to solve the problem instead of telling me to “go to another branch” like other employees that work there. Thank you Antonio for actually helping solve problems instead of blowing me off. He is a valuable employee with good customer service skills.”
