“Passed by to get my daughter a few shirts and were surprised to see the mess in the kids section. I know we are close to the first day of school and school shopping but I've seen other locations keep their sections clean and neat. The rest of the store was organized but that kids section was just bad. Customer service was great and very nice when we checked out.”

“I love this store, they have so many cute items, from jewelry to clothing, housewares, Collegiate gear, and the children's clothes are so adorable. I purchased a couple of clearance items and after returning home realized I was not given the full discount. I called back to the store and they were able to look up my purchase and give me a credit back to my card over the phone, even texted me a receipt! Great customer service at The Primrose Shop, I will be back!”

“A super cute place to buy for baby. Keep in mind that this is definitely a boutique-style store with boutique-style pricing. They have adorable clothing and outfits for both boys and girls. It might make a great place to shop for a really cute outfit for a photoshoot for your little one. Towards the back they do have some sections with sale items that brings the prices to be reasonable especially for there headbands and sunglasses. I've struggled to find sunglasses that fit a baby and have been looking since we go to the parks pretty frequently. They had tons of different sunglasses on offer for both baby girl and baby boy. In their clearance section the sunglasses run about 8 to $12. This app is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to assist those around us and finding matching outfits to give as a gift. They also helped us find some cute headbands. Overall: A Boutique store with high prices but cute pens and friendly staff make it worth it.”

“If I had the option, I would really give this place 3 1/2 stars, but I can't bring myself to just click on 3. Splendid recently opened in Mall at Millenia, and it's a teeny store teeming with brightly colored jersey items. I was there on a Sunday, and there was only one other person inside (and she'd also come into contact with Splendid clothes through Anthropologie). I was pleased to see that even though they're newly arrived, they already had a couple of racks on sale. Items were very easy to get to, on racks and tables, and it was a pleasant environment to be in. There was one woman working there when I was in, and because of this, I think she was trying extra hard to be helpful (chatting, complimenting, offering suggestions about pairings, or variations on a style). I prefer to be left to my own devices when browsing unless I'm asking about a size or something, but for people who really want to be *attended to*, this is the place. She went out of her way to get a dress I'd wanted to try from the back and insisted on steaming it while I tried on other things, since it was very wrinkled and bunched up. Unfortunately, the couple of items I was most interested in were sold out in the colors or sizes I wanted, so I had to leave empty handed. I'm hoping that more people start coming in, not just because of the beautiful, quality clothes, but also so I don't have to be the only customer next time.”

I’ve been to many other locations, and it seems like they’re sometimes frustrated by you coming in selling clothes, or asking questions, and that’s uncomfortable! Without a doubt this Location never once made me feel less then welcome. Thank you!?And their vast selection of apparel, toys, shoes, etc is top notch they have new and gently used.
