“Went there due to a screw in my tire. At a corporate place they told me it needed a new tire due to the location of the screw. At Royal one he looked at it and he said he will try to help. He removed the screw but it was not deep enough and no patch or replacement was needed it. He did not charge me. Thank you”

“I'm so so Sorry, Julio, that it has taken me so long to comment, about my last encounter with your Automotive shop, but my Family, "The Barnes" have used your establishment, to service our cars, for over 25 plus years.After my sister's warranty, at AutoNation is now over..they have begun too do disingenuous services, to her 2015 Chevy sonic, but I told her to let me take it too Firestone, in Winter Park FL and she said ok..wherein, I immediately applied for the Firestone credit card( online) and was granted a good limit immediately.I then drove, from Metro west area to winter Park location.This site continues, to be FIRST and foremost one of the most HONEST businesses in central Florida. It's assessments of your car issues are swiftly given their professional attentions' too and they will do everything, to send you happily away.My sis did get a lifetime warranty, on her battery and this will be the only reason-I will return to AutoNation West colonial, after all of the years my sister used them, to service her car, by the way this 2015 car has only 50,000 miles, on it and was never serviced by any place, other than the high cost dealership.So, thanks again too all, at Firestone Winter Park complete auto care..Until next time ..Sincerely,Kevin Barnes the now driver and Firestone card holder.”
“Finally had my first Costco experience! I visited on Sunday and got there right at 10am when the location opened and the parking lot was almost all the way full. Staff was really helpful and quick at the front counter where my friend got her Costco card. We made our way around the store and found some unique snacks in the middle section. I picked out cute pajamas and an athletic dress, which will be good for these hotter months. Lots of really good deals on pantry staples and paper goods. My favorite find was my $10 insulated cooler bag. It was massive and kept my cold items chilly while shopping. I also really like the huge selection of prepared meals in the back. I snagged a gyro kit for dinner. The self check out line was long but we opted for the regular check out which was super fast. To get the full Costco experience, I purchased the $1.50 hot dog + soda combo and $1.99 pepperoni pizza slice. Everything was very good and plenty of seats available. The only con was exiting the store. The lines to exit were gridlock and past the registers. It was a lengthy amount of time to get out of the store.”
