When I tell you this young lady was the nicest, pleasant person I could have stopped. I wish I knew her name. Young lady you put the price on the pants for me. “I really liked shopping at Dillard's, a long-standing store in Atlantic Station. The staff was super friendly, and I appreciated the added security presence. As a black man, I understand that my appearance might sometimes resemble 50 Cent, but it doesn't mean I'm involved in any criminal activities. It's unfortunate that they didn't give the same level of attention to my white counterpart, but they definitely kept an eye on me.”
“I always pop my head into this Ross when I'm in the Edgewood Plaza because, well, I like to shop lol. I'll never know what I need until I see it, right? Located next to some other amazing stores, I usually go into Ross for a number of items such as home decor and things for my dog. But for the most part, I visit Ross for their candles and because they're an Amazon pickup location! Getting packages where I live can be a pain sometimes and love that this is an option vs. getting a PO box or something similar. All I have to do is have my order shipped here, it's added to this fancy locker system and I unlock it with my phone. Easy peasy! Once completed, I go about my shopping experience. The lines can be long sometimes depending on the season and time of the day, but the employees are quick and helpful when needed. Always a great, cost-efficient experience!”

“My friends and I came here as we were in the area and needed to stock up on a few items. Of course, by the time we leave we have compiled a mini shopping card full of items. Based on most of the other locations I have been to, this location had more quality deals but also was not the most organized. Staff were friendly and I would like to come again next time I am close.”

I asked an employee for help. she was very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.. she showed me where everything was, and even showed me where I could find a few good sales.. “I went here to get new makeup from Chanel. Christopher was the associate that helped me and was phenomenal. He was very professional and kind and recommended great products while also showing me how to apply them. He even recommended my now, favorite lip oil from Dior! It was a great experience and I hope to hire him later for make up!”
“Me and my daughter came in to shop for a Christmas tree and we had a wonderful experience. Marvin was wonderful from the moment we encountered him. As my baby looked like she was falling from the buggy and he ran to save her but realized I was present.They didn’t have the tree we wanted in a box so he offered to remove the display and sell it to us. Marvin even wrapped the tree in a bag and packed it into my car for me.My daughter was also asking for a toy but I told her not today and as we were walking out he gave her the toy and said “Merry Christmas”. She was super happy which of course made me happy. The little but very impactful things, Marvin is the BEST and his customer service is awesome.”

“I and my wife were shopping for Christmas gifts at Macy’s Cumberland Mall. My wife found a black puffy jacket in the men’s section that she thought I would like because it was Polo by Ralph Lauren, which I did but even on sale it was a bit much but she purchased it anyway and a matching hat and scarf set. When Christmas finally arrived,I unwrapped the gifts. To my surprise tucked underneath the hat and scarf set was the alarm button. How did the cashier forget that? And how did we get out of the store without the alarm sounding? Well I still have it and haven’t returned it due to illness from us both. Also the jacket I discovered had tiny little white specs here and there on the jacket. What I found was not specs when I tried to remove them but tiny little holes where the feathers in the jacket were coming out. After further examination they were all over the jacket. Well, we are better now and back at work, I’m assuming that it’s too late to exchange the jacket but maybe they can take the alarm button off the hat and scarf set. A real disappointment.”

“December 2024 S U M M A R Y Your standard TJ Maxx in a very convenient location in the middle of the city. I did feel the variety was a bit small. And is it just me... Or are the prices here getting pretty high? S H O P P I N G I came here looking for things for Christmas. I was looking for both stocking stuffers and a secret Santa gift. There were quite a bit of options, and I went a little wild with the shopping. I bought way too many items. I did appreciate how during Christmas time they put a lot of gift items at the very beginning of the store, and I didn't even have to walk more than a few feet to find more than enough options for what I was looking for. I did find a really cool SpongeBob sweatshirt that I purchased for myself. When I went home, I realized that it was too big and I needed a size smaller. I came back about a week later, and I couldn't find the sweatshirt again. When I purchased the shirt, there were probably 15 available and it was pretty close to Christmas. The cashier at the front told me that they did have them, but had to move them. Unfortunately, they had completely changed the layout of the store and I had no idea where they had put those sweatshirts. And I really wanted it! That was my only qualm. S E R V I C E I thought the cashiers were kind. When I came back a week later to return some of the items that I didn't end up needing, they were nice about it. I didn't have any issues. A M B I E N C E Because of the location, and because it's TJ Maxx, this place gets pretty busy so it can feel a little tight at times because it's not as big as some of their other stores. P R I C E Typical TJ Maxx prices. Though I do feel TJ Maxx prices are steadily increasing to where you no longer feel like you're getting a deal. R A T I N G One star off because outside of the Christmas, I have been back here and I don't feel they have a great variety. I also don't like how they rearrange their stores so quick after Christmas. It was really difficult to find the same items.”

If it had not been for her, I wouldn’t have purchased anything. I also want to mention Cori from Prada. These two ladies really went above and beyond today and deserve to be appreciated. The gentleman in the fabulous green suede jacket was also extremely pleasant, I just didn’t catch his name.There were a few in the LV store, more happy to look at their cellphones, one young man working there actually said “o, here we go” when I started to inquire about the new tones of the leather…”
