“Bronson was very helpful and very good at giving different options. I have been to other verizon stores and no one has been as helpful as Bronson. I feel people can learn alot from him!”

“iCell Hawaii is such an amazing business. My mother brought in my phone to have my screen repaired. Maya who serviced my phone was very busy this day 02/11/24 and although it took a little longer than the quoted turn-around time, Maya included a a complimentary screen protector which would have been an additional $25+ charge. My mom and I were wowed by such kindness and wonderful customer service. My mom never heard of such business that provided this type of electronic service that she has decided to be a future customer. Thank you Maya and iCell Hawaii. We are very appreciative of your attention to the repair service.”

“You never know what kind of out of the box requirements may present themselves, which is why I am extremely grateful for the great and professional team at PWC.Imagine a mission where communications are vital to the success and imagine having a plan where everything goes wrong, well I lived it. In an instant we needed an array of communications equipment to build an infrastructure for the unnamed team of Watermen we were training, the equipment I had brought with me was too cumbersome, so I reached out to every communication entity in the state and PWC stepped up and answered the call. This team was prompt, professional, well equipped with an array of different equipment, and very fair in their pricing. This mission was only a success due to their rigid state of flexibility.Thank you PWC!”

“They were a lifesaver for me while on vacation in Maui. They were fast, competent and reasonably priced. They were also very busy, so make an appointment! Too many people in the store were expecting free and immediate help, but these guys aren't Apple! They are professionals and this is their business. Thanks...I really appreciate your good work.”

“The people at this store were very helpful. I needed new old-school tempered glass lenses that wouldn't scratch for the glasses I use on my motorcycle, and they were able to help me for a better price that so expected. Natalina helped me and as very kind and efficient.”

“Target is way upper class than Walmart. Things aren't locked on shelves and noone check your receipts when you walk out like Walmart! Great men clothes and high level customer service!”

“My wife and I needed to replace phones and purchase new iPads, we budgeted the entire day expecting drudgery and apathetic service. That’s because we’re used to another carrier! AT&T in this store at the Queen Kaahumanu Center are the kings of customer service, specifically Joey Fray and Brock Agarpao. These guys were so helpful and friendly, they listened to what we needed and got us EVERYTHING in a very short time. Just an outstanding and satisfying experience, Joey and Brock are the reason we will stay with AT&T for the foreseeable future. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this store and these salespeople.”

“Only reason this is getting 4 stars is because Volter did an amazing job with providing us excellent service! I came in to trade my phone in for the newest iPhone and there was quite a wait.. Volter seemed like the only associate greeting the customers coming in, idk if it was his designated task to be the greeter but everyone else did not seem as friendly. When it was time for us to be serviced, I was so happy to have Volter. He was so personable and was very efficient. I was wondering why it took so long because we got out of there so quick, the other associates didn't even finish with the customers from when we walked in. Volter is the definition of excellent customer service!”

“If you can, ask for Mark. While I understand that some of the staff probably make commissions on selling phones, Mark actually explained what my current phone was capable of and how to make the most of it. When I upgrade my phone I hope that he will still be there.”

“New company, new strategy. The brand new building we all got used to going to in the Maui Lani mixed use park is now Spectrum's home base for workers only, not customers. If you need to pay your bill, exchange hardware or speak to a live person, you now need to visit this brand new Spectrum Store located at Puunene Shopping Center.THE STORE:They've taken up two spaces in the free-standing building across of Petco. Set up like a cell phone store, it's roomy and modern, with a small area showcasing the latest phones and tablets, a kiosk where you can pay bills, an interactive information center and a few customer service booths.EXPERIENCE:I popped in to inquire about their new mobile service as I prefer a face-to-face interaction with a local person rather than someone over the phone who probably wouldn't be able to fulfill my "trust" issues. Due to the pandemic and to avoid overcrowding inside, I waited outside to be called in.A friendly gal greeted me and asked what I was here for. She keyed in my info on a welcome kiosk and was told someone would be with me shortly. Not even a minute later, Ryan was there to assist me. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable (I could tell because I'm pretty tech-savvy when it comes to Apple iPhones and cell plans), honest and friendly. I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years by now (and Cingular Wireless prior to the buyout) and felt that I've been paying way too much for my single line. I had a super-old, grandfathered-in plan in which texting wasn't even included! I had a couple of things I needed clarification on: 1) Am I able to become a new customer and still be able to upgrade to the latest iPhone in a few months without penalty? Yes. 2) Will Spectrum even have the new iPhone 12? Not sure, but probably. I saw they had on display the current iPhone 11 and was told the most current Samsung products were available to order, so what the hey. Before I knew it, I was agreeing to switching over cell providers! If you're wondering about savings, here's my breakdown. Total monthly AT&T bill = $89.58. $45 for unlimited data, $39.99 for 450 voice minutes, $10 for 1000 texts, $1.99 administrative fee, $3.26 federal universal charge, $1.20 HI gross excise tax, $2.38 public service surcharge, $1.50 regulatory cost recovery charge, $0.17 state public utility surcharge, $0.43 state telecom relay service surcharge, $0.66 911 service fee and a $17 work discount. My bill now? $45 flat which includes unlimited data, calls, texts and fees.SET UP:Three days later my new SIM card arrived via FedEx. Set up was a breeze with no hiccups. I seem to have a stronger cell signal now. One example being my desk at work. With AT&T, I had 1 bar. Now I have 3!TIP:There is a 20 GB data cap that if you go over it, your data speeds will be slowed, similar to other companies.OVERALL:No complaints so far. If anything arises, you know I'll do an update!”
