“I'm not sure if these other reviews are talking about the right Chase location, because I go to this one 2-3 times a month for various services and have never experienced anything close to what they describe. This is my favorite Chase location.”
“I give 5 stars because Ali he is not only a diligent worker but highly informative with knowledge of banking. He's patient and always pleasant. I feel that I'm always competent in making the best decisions with Ali. However, I have noticed that when I make cash deposits that don't appear on transactions and also credits for merchants, that's the only concern I have. How will I know my accurate balance if it's not appearing???”

I will open a new account. I just can't see my self eith another bank and it's not there fault.
Make sure you have a savings account at least so they can take there monthly fees when you don't have a job or between jobs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Met her two weeks ago after a terrible experience at another Citibank branch at a south Cook county location. i had a problem at that branch and felt unwelcomed. Assisting individual with special needs and concerns The customers in the community will stand in long lines outside to receive personal banking services, at this location. If these individuals didn't have these types of services, they may become discouraged about the modern banking technology. This is another situation that gives me a different light about banking....”
