“We were helping our son and his girlfriend move from Denver to Michigan. We had a tire blow out on I-72 about 8 miles from Jacksonville. Dugan was listed as one of the closest tire shops and had overall good reviews. Went there with the spare that happened to also be flat. Dugan quickly changed the tire and offered us a better jack than what we had to use to change out the tire. They were friendly, quick to change the tire and went above and beyond. “If you're not using Tom Finch you're being foolish. Such a great establishment from the front office to the trenches in the back. I have never walked in to anything other than a smile. I know for certain whatever needs done is exactly what needs to be done and that they're not going to search out 100 other issues to get an extra dollar. You get what you pay for these days and I'm always confident that I'm paying for trusting and knowledgeable service being done on my vehicle. They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away. Within 3 hours, it was fixed and I was able to get back on the road back to Kansas City. Based on this first impression and good experience with them, I would absolutely recommend the service department at United. Big thanks to them for not throwing a wrench in my travel plans (pun absolutely intended).”

“Steve's towing was really great. We had to have our car towed home after the arm at Baywash car wash dropped and smashed our windshield and I know God was with us because if that had landed on top of the car it would have killed me. Shakes a person up.”

“I’ve taken my car to Clint’s two separate occasions. Clint and his guys are honest and truly care about their customers. They don’t push sales like many shops do. They got me in quickly both times (within 2-3days). They communicate well with their customers and are knowledgeable with the repairs. Pricing was very competitive and they do offer 6mo same-as-cash through Synchrony Bank Car Care credit card. The first time I had my car there getting my catalytic converter replaced they lent me their loaner car at no cost. They make sure their customers are well taken care of and I will continue to take my car there & recommend others to do the same!”
