“We go here every week. Everything we have gotten has been super fresh. We love using the Kroger app because you can get digital coupons. I also have coupons mailed to me that have been generated through the app. I save a lot of money by shopping here. The only thing I do not like is how small the aisles feel, and how slow the check out lines are during the weekends. But I understand that some businesses are hurting right now due to being understaffed. Still completely recommend.”

The Shelbyville, Indiana Kroger's is the only one in Indiana that has the same feeling of familiarity that I share whether it's Colorado, Kansas, Arizona or any other locations I've visited. “The pharmacy was extremely busy, however the staff were very efficient as well as professional.I received very good customer service & assistance. It would be nice if the store were bigger as well as the parking lot. It is very difficult to get out of parking spot due to it being so small. Overall the pharmacy is doing an excellent job.”

“I only have one prescription that I have to take daily, so my interaction is minimal with the staff. Since I've been taking this medicine for about a year now, they finally suggested that they could send reminders to the doctor that my RX is up to be renewed so that I don't have to call the doctor's office myself and now the pharmacy sends me a text when my RX needs to be refilled and another when it is ready for pick up.However, a couple of times that I have received a text and they say it is ready and that they close at 7pm, I have got there at 6pm and they were closed already. Today was one of those days”
