Whoever this man was who answered the phone. Clearly had zero knowledge of coins, and does not strike me as a "coin dealer" given the fact that this place was in the 1st 3 businesses to pop up when searched for "coin" dealer.Aside from that he was extremely rude about telling me he "DOES NOT DEAL WITH THAT KIND OF AN ITEM" He is a "PRECIOUS METALS DEALER" which I don't think I would bring my business to him anyways. So just to warn you. If it's a terrible attitude and extremely unhelpful experience you're looking for. Then this is the one to call! ?

Very rude and had no knowledge of silver prices. Couldn’t even tell me how much they were selling their silver for. Would not recommend.

My friend and I went here to get an appraisal on some very old uncirculated dollars. He knew nothing about handling the coins, dumping them out in a heap and picking them up without gloves and not by the rim. His offer was so low it didn't even cover the current silver rate. Really rude that we did not accept his offer. He knows nothing about coins, but definately about pawn shops and how to cheat a customer.

Always a pleasure to do business with Erika and her father. They have always treated my son and I with respect and have always given us fair deals. Even though we live in California, we look forward to our visits to the Quad Cities and Midwest Coin & Jewelry!

I hardly come here . If i have a question i will stop by , each time i do the man is real rude ! Quick to rush me out the door ! When i ask a question , he responds what makes you think this is worth something ! He want even bother telling me what the item is !! Several other people had the same experience !!

Stopped in QC Coin and was offended by their attitude and attempts to pay nothing - they seem to like their clients not being educated. Then came here to M-West Coin and was treated professionally and politely AND was treated honestly. Looking forward to dealing with Erika again very soon with more silver and give them profit potential! :) THANK YOU for NOT being like QC-COIN!

They 4 in a hurry to see what was in my bag to see what they could get me out of and then once they got me to sign and neglected to point out that all sales are final at the bottom of the receipt they ripped me off of some family heirlooms Ed could have been more valuable than another place I probably could have taken it elsewhere and got more so these people don't by don't let them by don't go there run run as far away as you can they are rip-off artist

I was offered a ridiculously low amount for my silver. I declined their offer and went elsewhere. That dealer gave me almost double the amount Midwest offered for the same items. I won't be going there again.

First time here. Was very pleasantly welcomed by Joe(owner?). Has a nice selection of coins and some very nice looking jewelry. Was there for silver coins/ bars. Bought some nice casino chips, a silver eagle and a 1 gram round(WayCool). Usually shop at Archies in Chicago, but will be buying here when in Davenport.
