The gentleman that typically works the door for donations has consistently been very rude and condescending to me upon donating items. He yelled at me for not bringing the items all the way inside the store for him, rather than leaving them outside as is custom. When I tried to ask him why I couldn’t leave items outside, it basically amounted to him not wanting to do his part which was bring the items that were outside inside the store. I tried explaining I had children in the car, and I couldn’t step away very far, but he was not hearing any of it. This kind of behavior should not be acceptable in any environment.

Their prices are pretty ridiculous for a thrift store. I mainly just go for their DVD’s honestly.

Obscenely high prices that reflect that of a consignment store, not a thrift store that runs on DONATIONS!

It's nice and clean but pricing is a bit high for a thrift store.

I mean my visit to Salvation Army today is pretty simple I went there looking for a lampshade and as always they have a ton of stuff that is getting out of hand on price you know $15 for a used lampshade seems a little excessive to me $6 for a t-shirt come on man I can go buy a new one for $6

Rude customer service. Since I moved to the quad cities and this location is the closest to my place, I have donated here multiple times but mostly had a bad experience. The first time I donated, the lady didn't bother to look at the items or even say a thank you. The second time they were closed earlier than the hours stated on the door. I went in again today and the guy locked the door while I was getting out of my car. I waved at him and showed the bags that I was only coming to drop off. Despite of that, he continued locking and went back inside. I knocked on the door, and both the guys looked at me and said something to each other and completely ignored me again. I waited there for sometime and they looked at me, continued doing their tasks. This is terrible customer service!!Well anyway, they are the ones at loss since I always donated like new designer clothes and bags for free hoping someone else could also get a chance to use them. From now onwards, I will be donating them to a better place where people can get them for free or at a very low price. This place needs to get new staff.

This place used to have good deals, not so much anymore. You can still find decent deals if you look hard but a lot of the time the prices are those of a retail store. They try to sell stuff for more than they were new!

Got a greeting as soon as I walked in, was told about the colored tag sale going on. Had many things and the store was clean and set up nicely.

Nice store but it is getting pricey. Understandable with the needs in our communities..
