My car got stolen and it wasn’t working properly when I got it back so I took it to them they charged us eight or $900 and said it was fixed. The engine light came back on within a day. We told them it was making a weird noise before we even took it from the shop but they said that was normal, so when we brought it back in because of the engine light coming on the next day we just went and picked it back up. They charge me another $600 and it’s still making the noise when I went to go back in to ask if they could come out and help they both got an attitude, Connor and the old guy either of them wanted to help. They both said that it was fixed and done would not help me any further. Also seen one of the mechanics smoking something in the back corner definitely would not recommend.

It was a very pleasant and fast experience. Both Chris and Tom were very helpful and honest which is big considering that most dealerships will say anything to get a sale. They were very thorough in the financing process and made if as comfortable and pleasant as possible during a very stressful situation.

Just bought a 2023 Kia Soul. What a great experience! Chris, Tom and Travis made the typically exhausting experience of car shopping very fun and easy. They worked very hard to get the financing terms we needed and didn’t make us feel any certain way but excited!

Patriot is truly an amazing place! Between the dealer ship, mechanic shop, body shop, and the detailers…everyone is so kind and friendly, patient and understanding. Always trying to meet the customers needs! These people are experienced and get the job done quick and correctly! Definitely recommend them!

Kristina, Doug, Ron and Renae were absolutely phenomenal to work with. All were friendly and made the process very easy for me, also even after picking the car up they wanted to detail it. The car looks better than when I drove it off the lot. Doug their detailing guru is amazing at what he does. 10/10 service. Its a no brainer to choose patriot!! Thank you guys.

I bought my car back in march from AJ! 10/10 recommended going through him for your car needs! Whatever you need he’ll get it done. I also have to give a 10/10 to service! Nate is the only one I let work on my 2016 ford explorer I got from Patriot! I will definitely be going back for all service needs and recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by!

No communication after sale. Did not stand with what was promised after sale. Still waiting for them to pay my tags for my car. Also have not received the spare key and fob that was promised during the sale.

As a happy Strieter Motor Company customer for over 42 years I am not impressed. Had my Navigator in today for an oil change and tire rotation. The bill is $10 more and did not give me The Works inspection checklist NOR did they wash it even OFFER to wash my Lincoln. Also extremely disheartening to walk in and no one knows who you are. You’ve got a long way to go to even scratch the surface that we have been accustomed too. Plus if you’re a Lincoln dealership, why are there rarely any new Lincolns in your lot? Hmmm… makes you wonder, doesn’t it.

Thanks for Travis for the great sale and great hospitality. Was going in with high hopes and I wasn’t let down. Also Special Thanks to Sean or Shawn lol oops. For going above and beyond working within budget. And Thanks to Jacob for finalizing things and doing an exceptional job getting me in and out. Also, not sure of the head of the Detail part but he got my new car cleaned in a hurry as I was trying to beat a deadline and I wasn’t disappointed one bit. Also thanks to the two guys who helped get my plate off my old car. (It took 4 men) lol but they tried many methods. Either I don’t know my own strength or the rust got the best of them. Def wasn’t disappointed in my decision and so happy to be driving something that had all the perks I was looking for! Thank you Thank you !!!

All about the sale, not about taking care of the customer after the sale. We bought our 2019 Lincoln Continental from Patriot Lincoln, we bought online our previous Lincoln was totaled in a hail storm. They were all about the sale and when we received the car, it also had hail damage. They will not return my calls or text. There were other things wrong that we were willing to overlook,but the hail damage should have been taken care of before the. car was offered for sale. I would stay away from Patriot Lincoln, I felt because we were in a pinch we were taken advantage of.If that is the case then please return my calls.A week later and still no phone call, doesn't sound like you take care of the customer after the sale.
