This store is advertised as offering a number of services, including printing. Well I don't have a printer, and needed to ship something out but all I had was the prepaid UPS label on my phone. I drive all the way there, only to be told they can't print there and to go to the library to print my label. Of course the library was closed so when I got some time I printed it at Staples. The lady there laughed and told me the Northpark UPS Store has been claiming their printer is down for like 2 years now! Also, the old lady in charge is usually pretty rude and unhelpful, it's my understanding she actually owns the store. I can't believe that UPS would allow a franchisee to be that rude and unhelpful to their customers. Just out of curiosity I waited a week and called again to see if I could print my label yet, and the woman told me "No, it's still down. Go print what you need at the library." WTH!!!! What kind of UPS store provides "printing services" but won't even print anything?????? That would be like going to a McDonald's franchise to order a Big Mac, but then told "we don't have big Macs here, go to the local homeless shelter to get fed." I felt very embarassed for being treated like this, I don't know if the old lady was trying to be condescending or if she's just clueless on how to treat people. For crying out loud I would have certainly paid whatever the cost was to print my stinking label, I ended up spending a whooping $.26 to print it at Staples. I would have just shipped my package out at Staples since I was already there, but when the lady told me this UPS Store is known for being pretty rude to their customers and lying about the printing story, I ended up going there and dropping it off with the intent to complain to the lady for being so condescending but another lady waited on me instead so I just dropped it off without saying anything and left. It's been a number of years since I've been treated like this by a business, but after thinking about it I'm considering lodging a complaint to UPS the corporation. I'm sure it wouldn't do any good, but at the very least I think their UPS store franchises should be expected to maintain a level of service (and customer treatment) that at least meets UPS standards.

This location is getting worse, service-wise. I agree with the other reviewer. Several times we went there to return an Amazon item, and they were closed. At that time the sign said 1:30-2:30. Fine, we returned after we did other errands. About a week later we had something else to return and we were there at 1:10 and they were closed again for whatever. And there were many people in the short time we were there, that pulled up, walked to the door and had to leave. Very irritating. The staff can be rude, as well. I brought a box in to mail back to Amazon. The box was not taped shut because I thought it wasn't needed, as most items that we return. The guy that was there smacked the box and snapped '11 bucks to tape the box!' Nice way to treat a customer. I don't know if these are locally owned or UPS owned but either way, horrible customer service.

In the last month or so they just hang a sign on the door and leave for lunch or whatever. Can't tell when it's going to be. One time it was like 12:30 to 2:00 another time 1:45 to 2:30.....seems to be no set time. Some days I think they stay open. Makes it difficult if you're driving some distance and not knowing if they're going to be open or not when you get there. So, just a heads up everyone. Sometimes it says it's do to staffing problems, IDK.

I have never ever been treated rudely by their staff. I do lots of returns from Amazon. I have my packages packed and barcode ready, so I make it simple for them. They always welcome me with a smile. I seen how frustrating/chaotic it gets in there between customers not understanding the procedures of a return for mailing. Maybe they have a few bad days, but no one is prefect . You get treated on how you treat others. Speak to them and wish them a happy day instead of getting upset over your confusion. They are a wonderful staff to me.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very rude in person and on the phone. I will just go to FedEx and pay extra shipping cost , where customer service is great. With horrible customer service like this, this ups store won't make any money. Horrible rude workers...

Worst customer service ever. The workers are rude, have a bad attitude and act like they hate their job. I've been in the three times and have the same two older ladies and they are absolutely terrible. They act like it is such an inconvenience to ask for help or return a product.

Home of The Grinch! Literally running business out the door. I wouldn't purchase a stamp from this place. Tried to go back for a second time to give them another chance and the the employees appeared lazy and unwilling to help stating false facts and wanting to charge me for extra items when my item literally just needs a label. For the love of all things holy and pure do not enter this store. Call me and I'll drive your package to the UPS customer counter for free!

My mom and I refuse to come to this store because of one of the ladies who is always working the front desk. Her name is Christy I believe. I unfortunately had to stop in today to drop something off, and of course she was there again. She's always rude, blames every little thing on the customer, and gets super snotty if you so much as say something about her terrible attitude to her. Seeing someone who is a face of UPS treat customers like crap is not a good look, and this is coming from someone who works for UPS. Find another UPS location if you don't want your day to be soured.

READ THESE TERRIBLE REVIEWS!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE! BAD BUSINESS HERE! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP! Pat, the owner, general manager or whatever her position is with this UPS store #2883@ 102 E Kimberly Rd. Ste I Davenport, IA 52806 is the most unprofessional business person I have ever with in my 20 years of business. While contacting her store to ship ceramic molds from her location to Florida over 6 weeks ago, I have had to tell the seller of these items, local to her store, to now cancel the shipment. 22 messages, 15 promises to call back, countless promises, Pat told us to drop off the items to be shipped and it has been weeks with a call, the courtesy of an update and most all the disrespect of understanding how failure to provide any customer service can cost a business like our art studio money. This person should be removed for her lack of proper business practices. TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP.

Do not go to this store!!!! Not only are they rude but none of the employers there are wearing masks due to the COVID-19. They don't even have a sign up saying customers need to wear a mask. However all the East Moline employers at the UPS store are wearing masks & so are all their customers. This place just doesn't care about your health. No wonder Iowa has more cases of the epidemic than Illinois does!!!!! Very stupid of UPS on Kimberly Road in Davenport not to take precaution.

TERRIBLE service. My mom visited in July and bought some things that didn't fit in her suitcase for her flight home so my fiancé sent them out from this location. UPS subsequently lost the package (around $130-145 worth of items), and after weeks and weeks of fighting them, filing a claim, countless time on the phone, and providing documentation asked for, we still have not received any sort of refund. At the very least we should be refunded the amount paid to have the items shipped, ~$50... let alone any sort of reimbursement for the products that UPS lost. Further, the corporate office continues to redirect us to the store we had the package shipped from and they have been nothing but inconsiderate and incompetent. How is it acceptable to treat customers like this? I hope you listen to your Yelp reviews better than you listen to customers on the phone and in person.

I took 4 items to be boxed and shipped to this store before 10:00. I was told that it would be done when someone else came in to work. It wasn't done till almost 6 that night. I was dealing with the woman who owns the place. She has a bad attitude towards the customers. And the company. DON'T GO HERE! I WON'T EVER AGAIN!

I don't think I have had such horrible customer service outside of a DMV. There was a long line when I was there and one clerk was busy with a customer while another stood around waiting for a customer to print a label. She did not help this person and the printer wasn't working. But did she acknowledge any of us in line like asking if we had quick drop offs (which I did!)? No! Bad service, inexperienced employees, the WORST.
