Barb Smed was very professional, did a great job finding our dream "fun" place near New Albin Iowa! I have recently, given her number to a potential customer looking for a small acreage near Marquette Iowa. So glad we had Barb help us. We have had a leased spot for over 30 years and finally found our piece of Allamakee County, thanks to Barb! What a gem!

Barb is the best! She was there for me every step of the way through the process of selling my parents home. Barb went above and beyond to contact all appropriate parties to make sure any issues with the property was taken care of and all paperwork completed.
