I don’t normally stop at drive-thrus when I’m on the road. Time is money, but I gave Hardee’s a chance and they wowed me!!!!! Hands down one of the best burgers and fries I’ve had Right up there with IN-N-OUT!!!!! This place was busy, and I didn’t have to wait!!!!!!! I will be stopping at Hardee’s when I’m on the road from now on….

Very rude boy working the drive through window, I first told them that I asked for size small beverage for the kids meal and not the kids size drink, then when my food was ready he put it all in one bag and just slightly opened the window enough to hand the bag of food out and then hurried and shut the window and walked away. Then I got home with the food and noticed they forgot the extra small frie for my order, this is now the 2nd time in the last month totally now $5 for food I've ordered and never received. I ordered 2 meals and an extra frie not even a big order and still mistakes and rude employees!!!! Things need to change!!!

The only place that serves an actual thicker & bigger burgers & juicy! An actually whole slice of cheese. Definitely affordable.

I WAS THERE ON FEB 8TH, 2024. I ORDERED BREAKFAST , I ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO FRESH BECAUSE I LIKE MY FOOD HOT. SHE SAID YES, WELL THAT WAS A LIE BECAUSE I GOT HASH ROUNDS THAT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE, THEY WERE NOT MADE FRESH & THEY WERE NOT HOT.THE FRISCO SANDWICH WAS GOOD & HOT BUT THE BREAD WAS NOT TOASTED LIKE IT NORMALLY IS. IT WAS HARDLY TOASTED.

A horrific drop in quality. Cold chewy food, baskets no longer issued for dining in, no napkins on the tables and a filthy restroom. Not to mention the complimentary dinner show of one the employees complaining about her coworkers. After 20 years of eating here I am never coming back.

Didn't have cheese curds, didn't have onion rings, said thank you when they brought the food they didn't say anything back, the kitchen staff was loud, obnoxious complaining about other staff that was lazy, certainly a disappointing experience all

We had lunch there today and it was absolutely the worst meal we have ever had at a Hardee’s. Had 3 chicken blts and they were cooked to death. Thought we were getting a nice breast, but got a couple overdone tenders. The single burger one of had, might have been good…….yesterday!!! Just awful!!!!

I was happy to have Hardee's, I have always enjoyed visiting this location in the past. Unfortunately this time was a big eye opener. There were only 3 workers at the time, they were respectful. The issue I had was that I got a breakfast platter and a breakfast sandwich and wasn't asked about a drink. I assumed a platter would come with a drink. I assumed wrong. I asked if I could have a cup and the woman at the counter stated that my meals don't come with a drink unless I request one at order. I then stated the obvious, "a drink should be offered with food...." I wasn't trying to be rude but the woman wasn't very friendly at that moment. She then gave me one for free which I was more than willing to pay for one. Thanked her and moved on. After that, I waited for my food for 15 minutes, and could tell that this woman was having issues with her orders and working in general. It was rather unfortunate to hear the cook tell the waitress she had made a mistake and not. Missing a beat, the woman said "I'm tired...." In a whiney millennial voice. Inappropriate and unprofessional. She said it while serving customers and the older customers showed their dissatisfaction. Very unfortunate, I hope this is changed and the atmosphere here is fixed.

Ordered on door dash. Big mistake. Thought my food was ordered cone to find out it wasn't took my money and then took 3 days to reimburse me it back and lost out in my lunch break thinking I had a order on its way. Mcdonalds is better anyway.
