Well, I have been a customer here for years. Unfortunately, the last eight months, I have seen major problems! I have a standing refill order. However the automated system never recognizes so therefore always have to wait for a auth from Dr.The automated phone system doubles up the numbers so you have to enter multiple times only to be told you must talk to a pharmacist!Just give me that automatically if your phone systems and everything isn’t updating to the customers profile!Not really all happy of late. Seems it take two days to have a prescription filled.

The pharmacy at Hartig is absolutely the BEST!!! I take many different medications and they are always on top of everything!! Whitney, Sam, and Nikki are my “go to gals”!!! They have saved me so much time and money!! They are always there to answer all of my many questions and go above and beyond every single time!!!

Ordered my holiday cards from Hartig for the first time this year. They had amazing customer service and were super fast. Shortly after that, I placed another order of pictures to hand out. They called me to tell me that the pictures didn't come out clear and to resend. WOW! I was so impressed! I will be printing all of my pictures with them in the future.

My family and I were visiting from Alabama over Christmas when my daughter got sick. I went to the pharmacy to ask what they would recommend she take to relieve symptoms and requested information on surrounding walk in clinics. The pharmacist Erin was very helpful and went above and beyond by writing down the clinic names, locations, and telephone numbers. I was able to purchase some medicine and get an appointment with a doctor for my daughter in a very short period of time. The store is very clean, staff is friendly and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly.

Visited this store when my daughter was visiting from Ca. I usually go to Walgreens or Walmart for the items needed. Well this was a very nice surprise. Hartig's is like going to Walgreens. If this drugstore doesn't have what you want or need, they are very happy to order it for you. I will no longer go to Walgreens or Walmart for vitamins, aspirin etc. Prices here are competitive. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. The store is very spacious and clean. They carry everything that Walgreens does and the prices are much better. Three thumbs up

Constant issues with prescription medications being ready in a timely manner. Pharmacy staff is incompetent with high turn over rate.
