Do you want your hard earned money taken out of your account randomly? Then GNC fayette mall is the place to go! Around 2 months ago I went in store to buy some creatine, sales rep asked me many times if I wanted to sign up for refills, I repeatedly told him “NO” but guess what? That didn’t matter because when I woke up this morning, $50 was taken out of my account. I couldn’t tell you how many times I told this sales rep I didn’t want to sign up. The amount of inconvenience this has caused me is unbelievable. I will definitely never shop through this company again, and I suggest you do the same, unless you want to get scammed.

Watch your credit card.Store associate tried to bully my 14 year old into a subscription, who declined repeatedly.The associate signed me up anyway. My account was charged.He was 14... how desperate are you to need to fraudulently sell a subscription of supplement to 14 year old without adult permission.

Went in to make a purchase they were out of. Manager Charles David waited on me and suggested that I can order from in the store and have it shipped to my house and it should be shipped within 48hrs. 5 days went and still no product and but was processed as payment through my visa. Called twice and spoke to two different sales assoc. Told me to call and speak to Charles the next day. Charles was not there and they could not help me told me to call GNC customer service. They said the store did not do the delivery option that it looked like they made it as an in store purchase and recommended me to go back to the store. Went back to the store and seen Charles working and told him what was going on. He said he did not remember me and did not know why I did not receive the product. He acted like it was my fault. After 30 minutes he finally owned up that he must have not hit the delivery service but I was out of product and he would not give me a sample to last me until my order came in. Poor customer service. Do not know what they are doing, and from now on if something is out of stock at the store, I will purchase online from now on.Second part of this situation Caproate GNC reached out to me on how to make things right and gave me a discount electronic gift card for my time and trouble. Thank you GNC for taking time out to make things right. Much appreciated.

Tried getting help from a girl named Allison I think and a guy named David. They were some of the most uninformative and uninterested people I’ve spoken to in retail. The girl was distracted and seemed like she was cracked out and the guy could barely track a string of conversation. Piss poor customer service or training, upper management obviously doesn’t have the time and/or desire to properly train employees and it shows, I have seen several store managers in that store in the last year or so. Either they are quitting or getting fired, either way the company needs to get a cohesive team together or just close the store.

A request for customer assistance at this branch is not worth your time. They will repeat the same thing over and over after you continuously tell them their suggested course is not effective. I kept asking if they could recommend any other options and they would repeat the same thing like a shorting out robot. Then they will hang up on you. Thumbs way down.

I went here the other day and the assistant manager Mike was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products, their active ingredients and how they work within your body which ultimately helped me choose a few supplements. I am definitely going to recommend this location to my friends and will only steer my business here because of his help alone.

Fantastic experience at the Fayette Mall GNC. Very clean store and positive environment! Mike Beatie the sales manager provides great service and has an abundance of product knowledge! Store is also stocked with all the newest and healthiest products! Give them a visit!
