Byron Helm in the automotive parts section at Paul Miller Mazda is phenomenal. I had a broken key fob and he helped me get it all sorted out. He made sure I had the working fob as well as a spare key so I had a backup. Incredible customer service and kindness and I highly recommend his services! He even stayed later than closing time to ensure the car would start and the new key would work. Thank you Byron and Paul Miller Mazda.

Sandy and Shy were the best!!!! They fought tooth and nail to get me in a car for a payment I could afford. Highly recommend, love my new Mazda CX-5!!! Great service, Great People.

If you are using their service department, be prepared for several up-sale attempts (e.g. "it looks like you need a new this or that..") AND a 3% surcharge for using a credit card.

service was good as expected. have been using Payl Miller Mazda for many years. went to pay for my service and was told there was a fee for using my credit card. Have always used it card and until this time had not been charged 3% fee. would have appreciated a notice when scheduling service so I could have brought a different source of payment . Now you all can know!

Salesman couldn’t have nicer. Very low pressure environment and everyone involved with the sale was super cooperative. I’m more comfortable determining if a vehicle is affordable before I drive it and they were really accommodating regarding that as well as finding a way to price the car reasonably. Very satisfied with our experience

I wanted to give a great big shout out to Sarah Patty. Despite that this is a very difficult job dealing with service issues and sometime being the barer of bad news she seems to fit this job perfectly. I was tensed up and was expecting the worse. She was very patient in listening to me and not interrupting me as I was going on about the car. She had me defused and when it was all said and done appreciated her effort’s immensely for her cool calm demeanor. I do paintless dent repair for other dealerships and if she ever needed to move I’d be all about her working for one of the dealerships I service. I’m a huge fan now.Also you got a great person in Mark Collier. Too bad these people aren’t at one of my dealerships.

Great experience, the team helped me order the exact model I needed, kept me in the loop during the whole process, stayed late to so I could make it from Louisville to Lexington to purchase and took extra care to make sure the experience was excellent! Our Sales Person Jason was the best, this is my second vehicle purchase from Paul Miller and I’ll definitely be back again!

Dealer handled my request quickly. Followed up with some good pricing, but the lease numbers seemed out if whack. After several more emails from my salesperson Natalie Smith, they got the pricing right, but she said she would get the revised numbers back to me soon.I was ready to buy as soon as she did. I had not heard back from her in over 24 hours, so I ended up moving on and buying from another dealer who completely matched the price and had the correct lease numbers.Lack of follow up cost them this deal. I should not have to stay on a salesperson to get a deal done.

It was a late deal....almost closing time. Only a few people there, but they were great with finding me what I wanted and making me a great deal. The sales "girl'" was so sweet. I appreciate their efforts!! Look forward to "HAPPY" driving

I have been with Paul Miller Mazda for over 13 years now and had my Mazda3 hatchback serviced by them all this time as well and have been very satisfied. I recently purchased a new Mazda, and was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Natalie, Barry and Robyn. I look forward to a continued good relationship with everyone at Paul Miller including their service department. Sarah is my service specialist is very helpful and great at what she does. I came to trade my 2027 Mazda Miata and my salesperson was Kayla and business was Barry and Eric all 3 were very professional I knew what I wanted and made that clear . Although the first night we could not come to an agreement within a few days they had worked hard to make the deal work for us all . I’m a dedicated Mazda customer I’ve had 2 right off the show room and 1 unwrapped. . Kala made sure that all my papers were ready to be signed as I did not want to wait around . She offered us snacks and laughter through this process. Very pleased with your team

Called to work a deal on a used truck they had. Sent pictures and information of my trade as requested. Asked for them to send some numbers over due to being 3 hours away. Salesman refused to work with us due to us not wanting our credit ran until we knew a rough figure on our trade. The salesman was Eric Rodriguez. We asked him to have the manager Brad to call us back as he was the first person we spoke with. It has been over a day and haven’t heard from them. Thought based on the reviews this was a good company to do business.

Update 7/1/23: I totaled my new CX5 3 months after buying it. ? Not only did Paul Miller Mazda provide me with an EXACT replacement, but they also ensured that they gave me another great deal. I wouldn't buy a Mazda from anywhere else!Just bought a new CX5 from here yesterday and everyone was fantastic and stayed super late to finish the deal! A special thank you to Barry Wilson for honoring the on the road price he gave me over the phone when I got there, Tyler Singleton for answering all of my questions and letting my daughter play with a stuffed toy when she got stir crazy, and Robin Carroll for being so helpful and patient with me. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had buying a car!
