Maintenance has been great since Tim took over. He is quick, efficient and never cuts corners. Tim is super friendly and respectful, even went out of his way to help us with a heavy package. The Landing is on the right path to make this place great with hiring Tim.

Just went in for showing today with Debbie and she was absolutely amazing and seemed to really care! Can't wait to join the community!

The only thing worth a damn was maintenance. Debbie in the office claims to be for the families but is quick to change up. Stay away.
