I am so incredibly thankful for my service advisor Courtney Branham!! She went above and beyond for me. She was helpful, courteous, and just all-around amazing during my service visit at Montgomery Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I had encounters with two other Jeep dealers in KY (AVOID Freedom Chrysler at all cost) before coming to Montgomery and they exceeded my expectations and did my repairs quickly. They also kept me informed and prioritized my warranty issues. I am thankful that I found this Jeep dealer. I will forever come back here for all my car needs! Thank you all.

We are out of state in SC and found our new used car online at Montgomery CDJR. We made a call on Monday to see if it was available and within a couple of hours our deal was done and our car was at our door on Friday. Our sales person got us a virtual picture tour of the car and answered all of our questions, arranging payment was a breeze and everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind to deal with. Pricing was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Great job Anthony and Travis!

Overall, this place is pretty good.There are a couple of major glaring exceptions - the service writer is not friendly, is not helpful, and doesn't seem to care about the customers. He over-prices service and forces unnecessary delays.The service manager is very good and helpful.There is a mechanic (Tyler) that makes going here worthwhile. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, and helpful.They are currently undergoing remodeling. It seems to have been going on as long as I can remember. And they seem to have changed their name at least 3 times in recent years.

I made an appointment well in advance. I'm from Louisville. I had business in the area. Yet when I arrive for my 11:30am appointment, I'm told that I'll have to wait three hours before they can get to me. I explained my situation but to no avail. I was getting ready to leave when the white-bearded service man stated if I could be back at 1pm he would squeeze me in. I had to go and ask the business venture I was in to take me earlier and explained why. They were very gracious and did the best I could have hoped for. I still had to rush back to the dealership. Upon entry to the service area, no waiting at all. I was greeted by a pleasant young lady who took care of everything. My wait was roughly 40 minutes. The bearded gentleman shows up again and states there's a nail in my tire that cannot be fixed and he can order a new one but it won't be until the next day. I remind him again that I'm from Louisville. The tire was taken care of and a replacement was not necessary. This happened upon my return home. I hope you can understand that for myself, this proved to be some what of a frustrating day. I just feel that it could have been taken care of better than it was. The man stated he had only one person working in the service area. I understand that. I think it comes down to I didn't care for his attitude. Because he gave me the impression that he wasn't concern or interested in my problems. Other than that, the service was fine as usual.

Incredible customer service from the very beginning. Kyle took time out of his busy schedule to answer questions about a particular truck that I had in mind, sending me additional pictures and video. He even responded to my questions after work hours to make sure I was well-informed before making the decision to drive 5 hours to see the truck in person. Mike was also extremely pleasurable to work with in the sales office. I certainly enjoyed his down-to-earth personality. Both Mike and Kyle took the time to follow up and check in with me even after the purchase was finalized and I began my drive back home. I appreciate their professionalism but most importantly, I appreciate their dedication to customer service even after the sell. I highly recommend!!

They run a very professional organization, the sales process was great. Their follow up and desire to satisfy their customer was outstanding. Overall a great car buying experience. Anthony and Travis where who I worked with, if you get a chance ask for them.

I found Montgomery via kelly blue book. I had been looking for a specific model and color and they were one of a few who had what i required. The asking price was great and they were willing to work with me on my loan options. Given that this was an out of state purchase they made the process very efficient and were able to satisfy requests to view other parts of the vehicle quickly without any dispute. Travis was able to get me a great rate and setup even with my trade in. Their delivery was very expedient and the driver Matt was an excellent representative of the company and very informative along with wanting to ensure what I had received met my expectations along with being punctual on delivery time. If I had the need to buy a second vehicle and do ot again I would most likely use their service again.

They intentionally leave unregistered vehicles on the street overnight where Truck parking is allowed. Parking is limited for drivers all over the country but the scum at this dealership goes out of their way to limit parking even more. I guess the bribery to the local pd must be working since unregistered vehicles are not allowed to be parked in public streetsEdit**There are signs that say truck parking is allowed on one side which is the opposite side of street from your business. Maybe you should check your eyes. Because there are multiple signs. Goes to show how horrible you guys are and try to spin it as your the victim. Idk if you are aware or not but a few weeks back a bus hit three parked trucks on an exit ramp in Illinois to a rest area and multiple people died as a result. But scum like you don’t care about people’s lives you go out of your way to restrict parking in a safe area where theres not a-lot of traffic and is actually legal to park.

Kyle was so patient and kind today. He showed me how to remove, place in the storage bag then put back on the tops to my jeep! Thank you Kyle for being so awesome! He then sent a follow up text reminding me of the process which will be helpful!

Willits garage equipment service was commissioned to work on a piece of equipment in their service garage. An appointment was made. We showed up after driving 2 hrs there only to find out they fixed the problem. They failed to cancel appointment, in which they were billed for the trip, since they failed to call and cancel since we are coming from the corydon Indiana area. Now they are refusing to pay said invoice. I think that is pretty cheap of them. We are a small business and for a business that claims to take care of the blue collar person , they don’t do very well taking care of their bill to a blue collar , small town business only trying to survive as best as we can. Makes me wonder how I would really be treated honestly or just another business out to take me for everything they can.

Made the deal online and over the phone... that was my mistake, although I have bought many that way. I asked for some simple and honest answers about the vehicle. After financing and going to pick up the vehicle I realized I was not told the truth about the questions I had asked and that was very disappointing. Unfortunately since I was under a time crunch to buy a vehicle and had already financed it I was stuck with it.

Breaking laws and making it very difficult for truckers to do their jobs!!To update the previous issues!!! The sign says truckers are allowed to use the area during set hours. ABOVE THE LAW YOU ARE IN FRONT OF A FIRE HYDRANT!?
