If I could give a zero I would - They are the rudest group of people!! I have to deal with them every month and each person is so rude!

Perhaps some training in customer service skills would benefit these people. Incredibly rude phone conversation.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They always mess up my Rx by either claiming they don’t have my refills when they do, put in the wrong information, refill the wrong medication. Half of them are rude when I try to explain what I’m supposed to have.

Excellent customer service! I don't have any insurance at the moment and Pamela went above and beyond to help me with coupons so i could afford the medicine i needed. She walked me through step by step and answered any concerns i had. Thank you Pamela Amanda

If I could give zero stars I would. I absolutely hate shopping here. Well, almost any Walmart really. Tonight solidified one of many reasons why, employees with indifferent/lazy attitudes. I was here for the third time (once is bad enough) and opted for the self checkout. Mistake number one was coming here period. Mistake two was self checkout. I suppose mistake #3 was attempting to make a joke. I scanned several items. One of them said it needed further approval when scanned. The particular item in question was Danimals yogurt. YOGURT. I kind of chuckled to my daughter & removed the item as the clerk came over and I said "it's some pretty dangerous yogurt" in a lighthearted manner. Her response was to roll her eyes and say (with plenty of attitude) "it's just the camera". Well, it's just my money sweetie and I'll take it right back to where I know I don't get attitude and the customer service experience is far better (Beaumont Kroger, it's near work). It's a shame I didn't catch her name, but whoever she is she was pretty tall, light blondish brown hair and worked the self-checkouts around 10:30pm. Probably late 30's ish.

Once again they did not have my refill for an inhaler, so I called and spoke to Pam. She was incredibly rude, said the doctors are all liars and don't actually send in the prescriptions (I've had this same inhaler for about 10 years), and when I asked her what I could do, because I would not have enough asthma medication to get through the weekend, she said "call back Monday" then hung up on me.

Pharmacist needs better training in Hippa laws and humanity. Think her name was Pamela, obese with shoulder length dark brown hair. She spoke so loud a co-worker of mine heard all my medications as pharmacist scolded me, a nurse of 33 years, with recent severe injury not yet resolved. Like other so called health care workers if you don't have a break your not truly injured. People that don't sustain breaks receive the worst injuries. My records showed no prior pain meds yet this woman felt she needed to talk to me as though I was a drug attic on trial in her court. I've total wreaked 2 vehicles going to work because unlike pharmacist nurses work while she sleeps and I have never broken a bone, sustained injuries which took much longer to heal. This event my entire left ribs are black, blue, and purple and had I been able to talk I would have put her in her place. I wouldn't expose myself this way but she had the nerve to bloat it out to all of Walmart to hear. The experience I've had during this injury will be addressed and written to all government officials to hear. It's sad that people like myself that work hard and don't abuse drugs are made to feel like a piece of dirt begging for help. As a nurse my patients ask 1 time for pain meds and some not even that because I'm TRAINED to see pain. I could barely breathe or walk into the pharmacy and having just bought a home near there I sought the most convenient pharmacy. My sister drove me to follow up Dr. appt and stopped by pharmacy I waddled in as my sister had my 2 year old granddaughter asleep in her car with my 85 y/o mother that wanted to go in and give the pharmacist a piece of her mind when she saw me trying not to cry because of the severe pain with movement. I want this pharmacist to know what a disgrace to healthcare she is and I pray no one else ever has to be made to feel this way.
