Came in after finding some items on their online store and had a great experience. Staff was helpful and flexible on pricing for used gear. Even threw in some cables + bags. Would shop here again.

They are a joke. They are clowns. Read other negative comments about trade their musical equipment. It's true.I live like 50 minutes away by driving and I was in the area, so I stopped by to check what they have. This place looks like a pawn shop, ok fine. Nothing modern, just well organized.Kinda high prices for guitars that in the used market are lower prices.I asked the trade price for 3 guitars, so if is tempting their price we could make business. But those clowns gave me ridiculous trade prices. For a guitar that in the market is $1300, they offered $300/$320.For a guitar that in the used market is $2600-$2800, they told me $1200-$1400. And the funny one was for a guitar which used is $5000 they told me $2000. Lmao.I thought Guitar Center were the worst but those guys won everything about being the worst.

The only highlight of my trip was the gentleman who originally helped me and answered the phone. However, the other worker there at the time made the trip a complete waste of time, energy, and gas.I recently came into possession of a flute that I’m looking to sell, I was told this store might be a good bet by another music retail store. To avoid wasting my time (it was a 40 min drive for me), I called ahead to get a general appraisal and see if they would be interested. The guy on the phone was super sweet, told me that it would really depend on if it needed new pads or not, but they could give me something in-between $80-$250 at the top. I drive over, the same man looks at my flute and checks the pads and says they look fine before giving it to his partner. He however, looks at it for a few seconds and tells me it’d need new pads, that they aren’t interested in the instrument at all, and I could at best get $50 for it somewhere else. There was another man in the store who I think was pulling his attention away- so he kinda blew me off and came off as kinda prick-ish.Can’t believe I made the drive just to be turned away. Can’t attest to his knowledge or how he knew it needed new pads in 30s flat, but I don’t even care about that as much as I wish there was better communication over the phone. Why bother telling me you’d do a minimum of $80 depending on if it needed new pads, when if it needed new pads, you wouldn’t even take it?? Either the sweet guy on the phone is completely incompetent at his job, or his coworker is a jerk who barely looked at my instrument and gave me some lowball offer. I’m choosing to believe the latter. Place seemed nice enough inside but the management is rude and I can’t say I’ll ever be making a call or drive again due to the inconvenience. Sellers and buyers beware of this establishments’ inconsistency.

I had been looking for an old Fender acoustic amp and found a nice option on the music go round website. I just dropped into the store and Max pointed me to the amp as well as a second more affordable Fender model. Didn’t try to sell me on one or the other, just helped me to understand the features and let me mess around with both. It was a great buying experience and I got an exactly what I needed at a great price. In fact it was better than advertised as they had replaced some knobs that were noted as missing on the website, so I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks!

Their employees are so kind, and you can really see how much they care about music. They are very nice and make sure you are able to find what you are looking for. I live one hour away from this store, but always find myself coming here whenever I need something music related

They will give you 10% of the market value of your instrument, and then make it up to what it would cost new .Think they've watched too many episodes of pawn stars

Came in with a pesky problem with my Telecaster. Chris fixed it for me, gave me a little lesson to help maintain it myself, and sent me on my way!

Great store and service. I picked up a used guitar just for practicing while in town and it was very affordable. 5 stars is especially for service. I got back and realized the action was very off and buzzy at a couple of places I hadn't really tested. I called and asked if they would adjust the action and with no hesitation they said sure thing. When I brought it back in, even though it was clearly one of the lowest price guitars a person could've gotten, the service person (Jim) took a good amount of time and care to tune it up as good as it could be. Would absolutely give this store more business.

Nathan was wonderful, answered all my questions. He packed and shipped my guitar to me in Georgia with no issues at all.

We went out to find a trumpet for our son and this was our first stop. We were instantly greeted by Nathan. He listened to us and found what we were seeking. He educated us on the options and helped us stay within budget. He did an excellent job answering our questions and very knowledgeable about the instruments. Above all, he was honest and professional. To make a long story short, we ended up buying 2 instruments and plan to come back.

Good selection of mid range items. I thought prices for used equipment a bit high compared to prices for new. Not much selection in higher end guitars.

Not a lot of what I look for. Mostly lower end guitars and prices a bit higher than other sellers.
