“Went to this store today to upgrade phones and get on a new phone plan. The customer service we received was nothing short of spectacular. John went above and beyond to help us start the new plan, get the best deals possible on our new phones, and transfer all of our data. It was a very busy day in the store/ w Verizon corporate, and he was doing a great job helping multiple people at once and expediting what he could. Although we primarily dealt with John, we also interacted with Anthony and watched him deal patiently with customers who came in with questions not necessarily related to Verizon service- he kindly answered them and explained thoroughly to ensure they were able to leave with some sort of solution or advice. John and Anthony held it down on a very busy day and I’m glad we got to work with them. We’ll surely be back for all of our Verizon needs! Thanks for everything John!”

“I visited the T-Mobile store on Market St. NE to trade in my old Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus for a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and Samsung Watch. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Katie, Julian, Hannah and Antoneo greeted me with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! They made my transition very smooth and comfortable with no issues. “Awesome experience while turning in my wife's phone for a trade-in credit! I was greeted immediately by a lead staff member and processed immediately. She got full credit on her previous phone and got confirmation as soon as the phone was received. Kudos to the lead staffer who made sure his team got their lunch breaks. The store had other patrons inside and they were engaged and served with pride and professionalism. Hats off to the staffer who made sure my visit was pleasant and positive despite being the one who 'opened' the store bright and early that Sunday for business.”

“This location always looks closed.But, I came in on a Saturday to upgrade my watch and phone.It was very busy, and I was greeted as I came in, and waited to be helped.The staff was very professional, and spirited... even though for the whole 3 hours I was there (i left while they were upgrading my phone to get lunch), people were pouring in. I'm not even sure if the employees were able to get a lunch break that day. From 11am- 4pm they were helping me and others, no one left the floor.I remember a male named Quan, and possibly manager Joe, and the male helping me the most... I could not remember his name (maybe sebastian, not fully sure).But all three were attentive, professional, patient, and helpful.They were swamped, and I still highly recommend their services. Thanks T-moble!!Only issue I would comment on is that it's annoying new customers get all of the new deals. I have been a t-mobile customer since I was 13. It's been over 12 years, and I have to start a new line and upgrade my plan to get promotions. So now I have 4 lines with only 3 devices, because it would be cheaper than to simple replace my old phone and old watch on the same line. So now instead of 3 devices and 3 lines, i have 3 devixes and 4 lines...but my bill is less. I get the the allure of new customers. But let's make life easy for the preexisting customes, and have a promotion for the people who have kept thir business going for years.”

“This is my first time having to go back and update/revise a review I've submitted. Let me say it's not the independent retail store but the company they represent. I took my mother to this store for her 87th birthday to finally upgrade her iPhone and change from one carrier to Verizon since all her home services were through them. It just made sense she had finished paying off the phone from the previous carrier to bundle her cell phone into the internet, cable, and home phone. In addition, it will make it easier for my siblings and me to assist her in paying her bills. I thought everything was done when we entered the store, and I firmly articulated that this was what we wanted to do. So, we left thinking that it was done and that her monthly bill would reflect electronically this new item added to her services with Verizon. This was in November, and in January, my mother called me hysterical that she received a bill of over $800.00 along with a cut-off notice for her cell services and sending her information to a collection agency. I immediately logged on to her account and didn't notice anything unusual. So, I chalked it up to thinking that it was spam. I then went to her house to look at three bills with three account numbers on them. After not getting a favorable response by telephone, I immediately got the bills and went to the store we purchased the cell phone from to find out what happened. I was met by a young lady named "Nimota," who spent over an hour working with me to find out how to rectify this situation so my mother's services could be restored. I am not a Verizon customer; little did I know that their wireless and home services fall under two separate entities. So, in essence, as a customer, you receive TWO separate bills; one for home and one for cell. WHO KNEW; WTH. I will spare you further details of this fiasco. Nevertheless, I wanted to highlight "Nimota" and her incredible patience, poise, professionalism, knowledge of the carrier and who to connect me with. Her gentle spirit and calm personality kept me as we came to a peaceful resolution to this mishap to some degree. I hope that the store manager cherishes the gift of her presence in this store.”
