I loved the old employees of this pharmacy. Always helpful & kind. Whatever young woman I get on the phone recently is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I am always kind on the phone. I understand consistent calls and aggravated customers can be a pain especially at a pharmacy. I also understand that people have bad days, but this woman is CONSISTENTLY RUDE. So much to the point I believe she should be fired. I will edit this post when I find out what her name is.

This pharmacy used to be great despite the creepy manager with his gross chest hair always out that flirts with me every time I go in alone ? I waited seven days for my last heart med. today I had a sinus infection and was confirmed by the pharmacist that my antibiotic got There at noon. I am now waiting at 6 pm being told this was low priority. I don’t know who needs six hours but if they do that’s fine just don’t tell me it’s low priority. I’m a medical professional and would get my head chewed off if I ever said that to anyone. Mr Chest Hair needs to chill. Side note I know another patient who called this pharmacy clicked the provider line asked for a medication not knowing it was the provider line and they just filled it for her. BRAND NEW MED. Hello Health Laws??

I changed all my scripts from CVS to this pharmacy because I was unhappy with CVS's service. What i found is that the service of this little Walgreens in BELLINGHAM is atrocious. I just tried to use the voice system to re-order a couple of Scripps. These are two different creams with two different names but I found that they both have the same pharmacy number. I was put on hold three different times while trying to speak to a pharmacist. I'm done with this kind of poor customer service. They are only open until 8 o'clock at night. I went there one weekend after I called a script in and they wouldn't give me the script because there was no pharmacist on duty.Transferring everything back to CVS in Milford. I'll see frustrations there, but at least I'll get through to somebody. Maybe I won't get the med error of having two different prescriptions under the same prescription numbers. Why we accept this kind of customer service, is beyond me.

Terrible! arrived as the pharmacy was closing to pick up medication for my asthma and was visibly struggling to breath I was told my doctor never sent it. turns out my doctor did send it but the staff cared more about closing on time then a customers health. I had to leave there and drive 45 mins to the 24 hr one in Randolph.

Several years ago the pharmacist who still works here gave me my flu shot. He put the needle into the top of my shoulder instead of the fatty part of my arm. He hit bone and I almost passed out from the pain. Do not ever go to this pharmacy for ANY shots.

The best pharmacy staff in the area. Manny and George take the time to talk with you and answer any questions that you may have. Both of them have gone above and beyond what has been expected. The entire pharmacy staff is professional and friendly. They know their customers well.Even if I'm only running in for paper towels, I stop to say hello and thank them for being awesome. I can't express how grateful I am to have them working in my community. Everyone should be so lucky to have them!

Our scripts get messed up here and there or somehow insurance wasnt out in right and now especially with my struggling with certain things I cannot be off my medications and I called for my typical refill early this morning to be on top of it and one of my old prescriptions they refilled instead with the complete wrong dosage and another important medication they did not fill at all after I clearified both generic and brand name confirmed my script was there by my doctor and confirmed with the person on the phone they were on the right medication and they repeated it back correct but then filled the absolute wrong medication that I’ve already got 2 full bottles of and it’s just amazingly annoying at how they can do it and I’m the one stuck in a bind and now having a hard time functioning because lack of correct medication. Really really upset and disappointed.
