Excellent experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, thorough, and accommodating. There was less than 24 hours turn around time and was the cheapest option i found. When I picked my phone up, the gentleman wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work. He explained what he did to fix my phone screen and assured me that if something didn't work, I could come back. Thanks again!!

I walked in there needing a $29 repair. I left there on the hook for $250. The technician broke the back of my phone and claimed that I had brought it in in that condition. This after two store employees handled the phone prior to that technician and confirmed that only the front was cracked. I could have waited another two and a half hours and paid $150 but I was too disgusted to do business with these people. They are entirely untrustworthy. Update: No photos were taken of my phone prior to my handing it off so any reference to photos is irrelevant. My phone had been dropped on its left front edge resulting in a clear point of impact with cracks radiating outward. I returned to the store after 2 hours to be told that my phone had not yet begun the repair process because the back was damaged and I needed to authorize a more expensive repair. This -new- and extensive damage was on the opposite edge of the phone and very clearly noticeable. It could not have been missed if it preexisted my bringing the phone in for repair. The response I've received to my review has prompted me to take this up with Asurion corporate.

We didn't actually have work done, but I wanted to write a review of praise for Bryan at the Brockton location.I let him know what the issue with my son's PS5 was, and he could have very easily taken it in and charged us $300-$400 for repairs (that may or may not have worked). Instead he let me know what would have been involved with trying to repair it, and he gave me advice on something to try at home. And let me know if that did not work then we would need to replace the console.I cannot thank him enough for his honesty and for taking his time to talk with me. That shows the integrity of this business!

All of the techs at the Brockton Ubreakifixit store provided excellent service and personal attention. They helped me navigate through the process of fixing a defective new phone. Thanks to all of them. I highly recommend the store and techs!

I didn't like that I came in saying that the repair is covered by the manufacturer, then a service was done that I had to pay for without any communication. At least talk to me before doing something and charging me when I'm not expecting to pay. The sign even says "free diagnostics". Beware shady business practices here. Also, they gave me a link to review them and there was a server error when I tried to submit a bad review. Just a curious quirk I thought I'd share.

They're pretty much useless. I've taken devices in there on 3 occasions and they wouldn't even attempt to fix the issue on 2 of those occasions. They didn't even bother to give pricing or try to fix the devices. 1 issue was that mic 1 on a device had stopped working. Another was a sim card tray breaking off in the device. They didn't even take 2 minutes before saying they couldn't do anything. Don't waste your time.

Very good experience. uBreakIfix tested things to find the issue, gave multiple options for repairing, and an explanation of what would and wouldn't work if we decided not to replace parts. Customer service was prompt and courteous and the tech took time to explain everything. While I hope we don't need to ?, I'd definitely return if we have any phone issues.

The store is very clean, easy to find. Technician was very knowledgeable, answered all questions. Phone repair time estimated to be 2 hours, repair was completed prior to the stated 2 hours. My phone is older but looks brand new. I am very pleased with the service.

I dropped my Pixel 7 Pro and cracked the screen on a Sunday, went into Asurion on Monday morning to see what could be done and they had it repaired and in my hands by Tuesday afternoon!The staff was very professional and, might I add, very good at multitasking! The store was very busy each time I went in and the staff was able to accommodate everyone.I hope I never crack my screen again but if I do, I know where I will be going to fix it!

I came here today (7/17) because I was having issues with my Iphone SE charging. My phone wasn’t holding a steady charge. I was referred here by the AT&T store in West Bridgewater. I was in and out within ten minutes after they cleaned out my IPhone port and my phone now has a steady charge. They didn’t charge me for this service either. Highly recommended to all in the area for phone repairs and good customer service.

Excellent service from Asuion. I believe the associates name was Ashley and she helped me with the screen warranty for a Google Pixel 5a phone. I couldn't have asked for better communication, service, and expertise. I would highly recommend them for any service repair on a phone.

The female technician that met with me was very pleasant and cheerful. She eased my mind with the time line it would take her to fix my phone and was so helpful in suggesting places we could go to grab a bit to eat because I did not know the area. Thank you very much.

Brought my phone in with a broken screen and they identified what was needed to fix it, had the new screen in stock and fixed it in a timely manner. Also everyone working at the store was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Brian who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient assisting myself and with my nieces phone. Brian had to conference call Asurion, Verizon and Apple to help the repair process.

Great communication! Staff answered all questions fully and expediently contacted upon completion of repair. Staff knowledgeable of policies, carrier coverage programs, and item inventory. Business was clean and well presented. Will definitely do business here again, hopefully far in the future... unless my son breaks his phone again.
