“I have been a member for nearly 30 years and I have never looked back once. MSUFCU has always taken the time to explain things to me in a logical and easy to understand way. I have never felt like a number, even after the changes from a live person initially on the phone to now getting Fran. Yes, ultimately I miss a live person answering the phone and having the personal experience after having it for so many years before, but Iquickly realized that after a simple selection or two you can still get to a live person with ease if Fran is unable to help me. I always appreciate the care that each employee takes with me ensuring that my interests and concerns are met and addressed every single phone call every single time. It's really appreciated that they take the time to make sure that I feel comfortable with my financial decisions and that any suggestions the offer me for products or services ACTUALLY make sense for me and my needs, not just a sales pitch. I will say that the majority of the time I do banking with MSUFCU it is done online but for any of the times that I have visited a branch, it has always been a great experience! The new building in Auburn Hills is fantastic and clean! The team is polite, eager to help and actually thank me for being there!!! It's like a fancy upscale hotel lobby! I also like not have the old school teller line! This new system feels very personal and more professional!”

I previously went to another branch for assistance and the individual there was extremely rude as I tried to deposit a check into my account.When I went here, I was hesitant because I thought I’d get the same treatment. He asked for assistance regarding my situation and took time to listen and understand my issue. He was able to give me answers and resolve my situation in full.
