After figuring out that Plangger's was a distributer of the same items, I called to see if they had the instruction sheet by chance. They did not, but the gentleman I spoke to was gracious enough to Facetime us and walk us through step by step on how to assemble the bed. We are very grateful for the time spent to help us even though we have never purchased from them!”

“We had a great experience on Friday 17, 2024. My family and I walked in and felt very welcomed! Immediately, the ladies working that day offered their help. We told them we wanted to look around first and they were so patient as we tested all the mattresses. When we were ready with what we wanted, I can't remember her name, but I think her first name starts with a D. Through the process, she was so helpful in answering questions we had and offered her recommendation. She was professional and down to earth, which is an outstanding combination.
