“I understand the conditions going on right now, however I just wanted to know if they shut down this facility temporarily? I have a package that was supposed to arrive three days ago, but it seems like it’s been stuck here. It arrived and then departed the facility twice, and now for the past three days it has just said in transit to next facility. I would appreciate some help if someone who works here knows what’s going on.”
