“I have been a member of this bank for quite a few years and the service has been outstanding. The tellers are very friendly and are willing to help out with any questions you may have when it comes to banking for your personal or business needs. While reading previous one star reviews on this forum, the complaints do not make any sense to me. I have never had a bad experience, nor have I ever felt like a burden to the staff. Must be some Karen's or something that had to rush to the internet to write a yelp review. Lol. PDCU in Romeo is awesome!”

“I've been a member with MSGCU for over 25 years, since I was a teenager. They have always gone above and beyond. My husband and I went into the branch yesterday to handle an issue with our account. We sat down with Karen and I cannot even begin to say enough awesome things about that experience. She was calm, patient, friendly and so, so helpful. She explained things so I could easily understand and re-explained them if I needed her to. The issue took longer to resolve than we were there, but she made several phone calls to my husband and I throughout the day as she got the issue taken care of. We were really freaking out about our account and she was able to help us not only fix the issue, but also reassure us and make us feel better about the whole situation. “Luv this supermarket. Has everything. Good lunchmeats , Boarhead, as well as store's products. I buy the Kroger brand producfs/produce all the time. Good prices and lots of extras like points for what you buy, sale items included, all good towards gas purchases at Kroger's gas station. There is a jewelry department, pharmacy, clothing and tbeir own bakery, Coffee bar included. Make sure you sign up for a Kroger Plus card.”

I've been a member of the credit union my entire life and didn't realize how much I didn't know about banking/credit cards/rewards as a result (Nothing against the credit union). “Don't often give these ratings on banks because I go to so many but... This bank is not only historical but very detailed inside if you look around (mainly up). They were very nice and helpful. Michelle Wilson was very informative and gave many options for my small business to thrive.Pros.1. Not packed - You can get in and out pretty quick most of the time.2. Multiple specialists - seems to always be more than one person in the office cubicles.3. Has weather covered indoor ATM 24 hours4. Front street and rear parking lot access for walkers or drivers. (Being downtown is important not to have to walk all the way around the building to enter it)Cons.1. Parking lot is very small2. Does not have drive-thru service”
