“Decided to stop by today because I saw some flashlight/collapsable lanterns at my friends house. She told me they got them here and since they had Christmas/winter designs they were on clearance for $3.99. Grabbed two and bought my pup a dog toy. Employees helped us find what we were looking for and the cashier was friendly as well. My husband had never been here before so we also looked around a bit before heading out. “Bought a snowblower. After 2nd year, it started smoking. I had the extended warranty. It started off a hassle to get it fixed through the extended warranty. Had to go down to Lowes to get them to pick it up. When it was done, no one notified me. Other than those hiccups, it worked out.”

“Every time I go into the store the clerks are so helpful and friendly! Today I went in to get 3M indoor window insulation! I had my measurements and found Mark just finishing up helping another customer. He was so helpful and friendly. I gave him my measurements for the window and we found what I was looking for. He gave me several helpful hints and even drew me a little diagram!!! I went home and my husband we able to install the window insulation!Our Ace store is the best! You don’t get this kind of customer service at Lowe’s, Home Depot or Walmart. Please never leave!!!”
