Excellent service for a group of 5 on vacation that booked the morning of our noon appointment. They got us right in even though they were busy. Enjoyed the massage with pedicure which was much longer than most I've experienced, even with the standard price. Very friendly staff!

Great service!! I called in to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in immediately at noon on a Tuesday. I chose the deluxe pedicure and no-chip manicure. I had a male technician (maybe Steve?) who gave me an amazing 15+ minute massage on each leg/foot! The deluxe pedicure is definitely worth it. My no-chip manicure was completely dry to the touch almost immediately. He finished it off with a nice hand massage. The building was very clean and had a bright, inviting atmosphere. There was no harsh chemical smell as some nail salons can have. The massage chairs were easy to use and comfortable and the water was hot. They had a great nail color selection, and prices are displayed by the front door. I was pampered for an hour and a half, and it was great!!

If I could give you a zero I would. You are horrible people. You worry too much about closing time. Screw my friends nails up by not giving her time to dry and force another woman to walk out in almost 0 degree weather with the flip flop things on because you didnt finish hers either. Told my friend to ocme back today and you would fix her nails. Refused and refused to give her the money back she paid for your crappy service and horrid customer service. I hope you get shut down. I know half the town is boycotting you. Constance Novy and the other customers you have treated so wrong do not deserve it, and frankly you dont deserve to be in business. I hope all of her posts go viral.

If the option to give zero stars I would. I have reserved 5 weeks in advanced six manicures and pedicures. I specifically stated that we had 1.5 hours to get the services completed. The gentlemen on the phone that it would be "no problem." I followed up the week of the appointment and even the DAY of the appt and still "no problem." My group arrived at the salon, and only 3 people were working. After explaining the reservation, they stated that they could do it. After 20 min
