The store is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, lighthouse, and great restaurants. “Absolutely wonderful experience renting here. We rented a paddle board and a kayak. Both were in great shape and super fun to use. They also drove us too and from the water which was helpful.As an added bonus, we paid for a full day rental but didn't actually start the rental until 1pm. They let us come back the next day and get the rentals again for another 4h since we didn't actually get a full day's use!”

“This review is for the South Haven, MI store. We want to thank sales clerks Aaron and Steve for all their help with an expensive exchange of a faulty E-bike that we had purchased from the Holland store. The Holland Dunham's associates were of no help and refused to refund our money, as they didn't have another bike in stock for exchange. Likewise, the Kalamazoo Dunham's was of no help and after they hung up on us for the third time, we gave up on them. The Grand Rapids Dunham's did their best, but ultimately were of no help. Back to Aaron and Steve, from the South Haven Dunham"s. They went above and beyond to take care of our problem. They were courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Steve and Aaron at the South Haven Dunham's. We will always return to the South Haven store for future purchases.”
