“Hansen Food is a great store with local products such as Moomers Ice cream, Higher Grounds coffee, Right Brain, other local brews and wine. as well as other general staples. They are a great member of the community as well as a good grocery store.”

This little market has the best tasting food of any I’ve been to. Personally I like the chicken Caesar wrap. I look forward to lunch here anytime I’m anywhere near the Leelanau peninsula.”

“Tandem Ciders is a breath of fresh air in an area saturated with mediocre wineries and cider houses. Their cider is truly artisan and they let the apples speak for themselves. My wife and I love their selection of dry ciders, which are hard to come by at most houses. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is really laid back. You will definitely find yourself chatting with friendly locals if you sit at the bar.”
