“Juniors Discount Tire never fails to amaze me. If I ever need service, they go out of their way to please. I has a tire going soft and thought I may also need new tires all the way around before winter. Mark checked and said I had plenty of tread, let's just fix the tire losing air and rotate them. It would have been a perfect spot to up-sell me on some new tires, but they are honest and offer fast, friendly service. I recommend them to anyone who asks about tire service in TC.”

“I am from out of town, and they took care of my brakes in a timely fashion considering I had no appointment. I ended up needed a full brake job for the front, that 2 other shops simply lubricated. “Our experience with Peninsula Automotive was beyond exemplary!! We were stranded on vacation with a faulty ignition switch in our VW- EOS. Not only did Brandon say he could fix it, he ordered the part, and had it repaired in a day!! The shop was easy to find and all the crew could not have been nicer!!! “I bought a used 2018 Work and Play travel trailer from Nature and Me RV in late March. I bought the trailer sight unseen, trusting the salesman to be my eyes, since I live almost 500 miles away. All correspondence and interactions with the sale went smoothly. I bought the trailer "as is" with agreed upon changes and additions including a hitch.After getting the trailer home and throughout the summer; which included a trip to Alaska and back to Wisconsin, I discovered 3-4 prep or service items that concerned me and I thought they should not have happened with an experienced service department.I contacted and reviewed my concerns with the business manager. We agreed on a reimbursement amount for my inconvenience and time. Nature and Me RV sent me a check by UPS that I promptly received. I was assured they would use my concerns as a teaching opportunity for their staff and apologized for my inconvenience.Although I experienced some frustrations and inconvenience Nature and Me made it right.”

“I was traveling through travers city, Michigan and had a serious issue with my RV. I called over 10 RV and truck service companies. I explained my situation to them. none of them were helpful or considerate of situations and time frame. I spoke to a friend of mine who suggested calling valley truck parts. I spoke to Adam. He was amazing . He said he could fix my problem and he would make sure they got me in and had the parts I needed in just a couple of days. I took my coach in today. Everyone was so helpful and nice. They fixed my coach and charged me about half what I thought it would be. I would recommend them to anyone. it's hard to find people like this anymore. Keith”
