Just like the other reviews said " I would give a zero if I could " This branch is horrible! Avoid it at all costs! They refused to cash my check because it was made out to Debbie instead of Deborah, even though I drove an hour to cash it, manager Mike seemed quite happy to refuse cashing it. So I figured if it really was a policy issue, the other branch would refuse it also, but no, they cashed it no problem, so clearly Mike was just being a jerk! Avoid this branch!

This bank location/company views, a CASHIERS CHECK as needing to have a hold on it from another banking institution. Also snotty customer service. Have had great experiences at other locations. Talk about ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nancy is snotty and cold. During a blizzard their night drop wouldn't work. They refused to process the deposit without my DL which was still at work. She gave no concern about my safety and insisted I needed the license even though i wouldn't have needed it if their night drop was functioning properly. Just disgusted with their lack of empathy and customer service.

Abi, Nancy, Missy, Julie and Lisa greet me with a smile every day that I take my deposits. They are quick and efficient and even make time to send a treat out to my puppy when she is in the car. The Chums Corner branch is awesome!

Josh was very rude, not caring and unprofessional. Will be changing banks, although all all he said was "okay". Disgusted after years of accounts and having no problem with any other branches.

Brother went in and appied for a credit card to condense his payments. We go in with same scores & was completely denied. Makes no sense, no answers, we can't help you cause the decision is third party...

We opened an account in Florida because ou CU was not there. We have done international transfers and met several people from tellers to mgmt. We had two encounters...one at airport and garfield and another at 31 and 37. We were very pleased with the help we received. I see the previous gentleman's frustration, but there are banking rules and they can be frustrating.

I will never open a acct with this bank. I just went to pay my girlfriends car payment with cash n they said they will not accept it bacause im not on the loan and they would only accept a check or money order so I said ok can I buy a money order please because I'm at work n I'm on a time limit I have to be to peoples houses at a certain time. They said no cuz I don't bank with them they couldn't sell me one. So now I'm late going back to work over this. I think that's so stupid I'm just making a payment for her and they will not take it. Thanks for the terrible customer service I will never bank with u ur manager could have done something atleast sold me a m.o. Hope I don't get in trouble from work for being late.

What would you do if you were asked for identification before the teller would give you change? I'll tell you what we did: we closed our accounts. Then we paid off our Chase credit cards and closed those accounts. Then we recommended to the rest of our family to avoid this bank. Before you think I am exaggerating, the request was for ten ones in exchange for a ten dollar bill. The teller asked for my account information (which I had). I asked "why?" And her response was, "We need to track all transactions." Methinks not.

I am not a member of this bank and probably would not ever want to be,as I witnessed such rude behavior with their guests. Tones of voices and lack of a sense of urgency was so obvious! When it was my turn I felt like i was talked down to - as it was explained to me (as I tried to deposit cash into my son's account, as he is out West for Labor Day weekend and I needed to get him some money) It must have been some time since I've tried to deposit cash; as we cannot just deposit cash without a paper trail. I was sent back to my bank to turn my $800 cash into a cashiers check. When I returned to Chase with my cashiers check and explained my situation again, that my son was in need of this cash during the weekend. I was rest assured that a cashiers check would be the same as cash. Needless to say that's not the case and they have held that cashiers check in pending transactions, so my son is unable to access the funds until Tuesday!! After the weekend!!! And after an interview; the reason he went out west. So its a rock and a hard place for the kid right now and my ulternative is to wire money thru western union!!!! My son will close that account as soon as he gets home!!! Chase bank keeps up that kind of customer service, they should be the next bank to close!!!! I would not even give them a star but yelp makes you....
