“Went to The Buckle in GT Mall the Saturday before Christmas. Was looking for larger sizes for a gift. Store Manager Lee was incredibly helpful, gave me a bunch of suggestions and helped me pick out what I wanted. The store was very busy with customers but the entire staff was happy and pleasantly helping all of us. Great store that I will shop in again!”
“My 6 year old daughter saw the lipstick steps down and just had to see the shop. I can't remember the last time I've been so pleasantly surprised. The shop was tastefully done and immaculate. “I love supporting small local businesses. We popped in this location to peek around and find out more about this branding as we have seen M-22 shirts and stickers in lots of places. The selection of items is very nice and appears great value. We wandered into the area of the M-22 adventures. The lovely woman working there was exceptionally pleasant, telling us about how the business started and why and how it evolved. She emphasized that the adventures are for all types of activities. The M-22 can truly be enjoyed by all activity levels! I have now made this my Michigan goal!”
“One of the two only places I go to if I wanna check out a board or need new wheels, trucks, etc. for my skateboards or longboards. They also have clothing, shoes, and snowboard equipment.”

“I like the fact that they carry larger size clothing. Seems most stores these days only go up to a 2xl, and once it's washed it doesn't fit anymore. They have a nice variety of stuff. Staff has been very friendly and helpful each time I've visited. Nothing negative so far.”

“Awesome customer service from Joe Frost! I wear Kuhl pants for work and was looking for a specific type of pants they make. Three other shops in town, on Front street, carry Kuhl brand clothing and none of them would order the pants for me. I walked in and talked to Joe about ordering them and "No problem!" was the response I got. He ordered them for me on the spot. The next day our flight department, was told to relocate to Florida for the winter a week early. I walked in to talk to Joe about not being in town to pick the pants up and he offered to ship the pants to me, free of charge! Additionally, I spotted a blue Kuhl pullover that I had purchased in grey a few days earlier in another store. I had also asked this store if they could order it for me in blue and got another "No" response so I purchased the grey one. I talked to Joe about this also and he asked if I'd worn it yet which I had not. He said, "Bring it in, I'll exchange yours for a blue one." Again, awesome! Thanks Joe. I won't be shopping for clothes anywhere else in Traverse City next summer.”

“beginners class learning how to use the machine was very useful, dawn was very patient with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. making a pillow case at the end to show our new skills is a lovely token to take home. deffinatley recommend and leaves you with a thirst to create more. Thank you!”

“My hubbie likes alpacas so we stopped in. This boutique - selling everything alpaca - is one of the shops in the Village Commons (the old asylum). Believe it or not my hubbie bought a $50 alpaca stuffed animal. It was super duper soft and cute. He said it's going to sit in his office. I suppose he could have spent the money on worse things! The cashier was very sweet and informative. She spoke of an alpaca farm that we could visit (to further satisfy my hubbie's alpaca fix)!”
“I love Gliks, the TC location is pretty small though, if you're fat it's going to be very uncomfortable for you. I've seen fat people walk in and walk right out of this location and don't tell me it's the clothes either. The Manistee location is much larger and fat people spend a lot more time in that location.”

“I went in for the first time to find a dress. I was immediately greeted by an associate. She was so nice, asked if I was looking for myself or someone else. I told her I was looking for myself for a Christmas party. I also told her I never wear dresses and he no idea where to start. She made me feel super comfortable and helped me find some dresses to try on. I was by myself and she kindly offered to give me feedback which I REALLY appreciated. I ended up finding the perfect dress and jewelry as well. I’m not sure if she will ever see this review, but THANK YOU SO MUCH Lucy. You have no idea how much I appreciated the help and kind words.”
