Went to the branch to pay on my car loan if my auto pay did not go through. The teller said I owed, so I gave him the cash. Turns out my auto payment from my other bank DID go through and I should not have owed. Now I have no t enough for my rent.If they had knowledgable tellers they would have seen the payment was already made and not taken my cash. I would have put the cash inmy bank for rent . They said 7-10 to get it reversed!

Everyone at this bank is very informative and nice. Always very helpful and accommodating. I brought someone in to see about Huntington Bank. Tyler took care of us. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He has been so nice and accommodating. The tellers are also so nice when you come in. They treat you like family.

Worst bank every, their system constantly mess up accounts and their worthless bank manager has to call the 1800 line to have a phone operator do his job. I will be taking both my account elsewhere. YOU SHOULD TOO!!!!

Unbelievable disregard for customer service! I am a cancer patient and opened an account here as it is closer to my home than my credit union that holds my joint account with my husband. I deposited a check for 1000.00 dollars written from my husbands credit union account I was told the funds would be available within 24 hours as of midnight . I checked my account first thing in the morning just to see the account still pending ! After several phone calls and speaking to Alberto the branch manager, Tosha, Alison customer service manager and leaving a message for Glen Shtjesmi with no call back they all said the were very sorry but the funds would not be available for 7 DAYS. I am unable to access MY money and now unable to get to Chemotherapy tomorrow? There is no regard to the fact that I was told 24 hours for a hold more than once the excuse is at the branch level they do not know how long a check will be held. REALLY???? Please do NOT bank with this company! I will be removing my money as soon as they release it from being held hostage and close the account. I will also report them to the better business bureau and channel 4 news to expose the shenanigans practices by Huntington Banks.

I deal with several banks, and this is one of the friendliest branches with which I have dealt. Renee was particularly helpful. I am making them my primary bank because of the staff as well as the service they provide at this branch. Thank you, Romeo branch staff!

i deposited a payroll check at the huntington inside the Fort Gratiot, Port Huron Meijers store on 8/15/2018. i handed the lady one of my checkbook deposit slips so she would get my acct number right. i went online 8/16/2018 and it was not showing. i looked at my receipt and the last 4 numbers was not my acct. i called the bank and was told they would have it taken care of within 4-5 days but would try to get it done in 2 days. i was told they would do a temporary deposit. temporary? 5 days later it was still not showing in my acct. i call the bank again. they did a temporary deposit which showed online as misc. on the 6th day 8/21/2018 i look online and the temporary deposit was gone. i called the bank once more. was told they had to do the temporary deposit every day until the matter was resolved. the deposit went back in under misc. will it be there tomorrow? probably not unless the management remembers to re-enter it or i call. i asked for a number regarding this matter. they called me with a number later. i asked, "what happens if i am charged an overdraft fee if not enough to cover what i spend?" i was told that they would credit my acct within 2 days. REALLY! please resolve this issue. one unhappy customer

Very disappointed. We opened a PLC w/ them and the local branch NEVER ordered any of the checks/ cards in order for us to access. I had to call the main office to do this myself. Then because of the lack of competency I went up there and closed the account... signed a letter and all. The local branch NEVER turned in the letter to close the account! I did not find out until I pulled a credit report. How is this even legal? Thanks for messing with my credit! NEVER do business w/ them again! STAY AWAY incompetent and failure to follow thru! Would give 0 stars if I could

I thought this was a good bank this is not the case. The blank close my account and took my money gave no notice. The told me it was sent back to S.S. that was not true S. S. never received it this all happened 12/01/17 Now I have no possible way to pay rent and utilities. I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Bad experience with customer service at teller desk at Huntington Bank, 30 mile and Van Dyke (across from Kroger) in Washington, MI. They wanted to see two types of ID. I showed my driver's license, my Visa Debit card, another photo card from Sam's club. More credit cards from Kohl's and Walmart. All with the same name on it. She just kept saying no, no, no ,no, and did not even say I could check with a manager. Very disappointed, then at the ending, I get with a sarcastic tone, "I am truly sorry!!!!" I am new to this town and needed another bank closer. I will definitely not be going here!!!!
