“This is a belated 5 star review. It should have been written in early August 2023, after the great experience I had there. I used this location to pack and ship several items including a desktop PC, and a lamp and shade. I also brought in several cartons I had packed myself. The employee who helped me was wonderful! So cheerful and patient. When the costs were totaled, she asked if I belonged to AAA or AARP, which I do, which gave me a discount. I've been using UPS for years in Michigan and Florida, and no one has ever mentioned those discounts. I was delighted. Now, here it is January 2024 and I'm just opening the boxes they had packed for me. OMG! What an amazing job they did: everything wrapped so carefully! No shortage of bubble wrap or tape at all! They even hand made a separate little box for a light bulb. Plus they neatly packaged a couple of old potholders I meant to toss out, and included a cute little note with a smiley face on it. So, 5 months later I'm finally writing this review. I just had to write and commend the store and the great employee who helped me. I'm so sorry I don't have her name now. If I do find the original bill of sale and her name is there, I'll edit this to give her the public acclaim she deserves.Thank you, UPS on Livernois near Walton! Job VERY well done!p.s. I've used this location in the past, and always thought they did a great job. This time, the experience went far beyond! Thank you for providing such excellent service.”

“I’d just like to commend Diane, this poor woman working alone, training a kid on his first day, has 15 people in the store, a line out the door, some lady causing a scene making phone calls to the fed ex higher ups about a missing package, another lady flipping out cause she waited twenty whole minutes then stormed out to go elsewhere and poor Diane getting it all done, keeping her cool and being super professional. I’d have pulled my hair out and walked out the door. The fed ex place is under staffed and Diane is underpayed! 5 stars for her”

Every time I come in, regardless of whether it's to ship a package, print business cards, custom signs, or even my Valentine's Day(any holiday) cards or even simple print jobs; they both always make me feel welcome, address any and all questions I have and give great advice for layouts.The only time I was ever unsatisfied; which was because of my poor graphic skills, they calmly asked questions in regards to why I was unhappy with the product and then they went way above and beyond to help me create what I was trying to create.They are amazing all stars and everyone should come see them. They are the best!Thank you both so much!!!!!! ?You make all printing and shipping easy and dare I say fun.”

The store is a little small but they make up for it with the their fast and efficient service. There is usually never a wait longer than 5 or ten minutes here and many times there is never a wait at all.”
