Don't expect much from this store. They wouldn't even listen to what the issue was. They were more worried about my dad being there to authorize me to the business account. I didn't need anything done as far as making any changes the account it had to do with my settings on my phone. I ended up driving to the next store located on 26 mile Rd in Shelby twp. They had me in and out within 15 minutes and my issues were fixed. Somehow my phone settings were changed and I didn't know what I did. It took a few minutes to do in the settings on my phone. They were absolutely excellent at the 26 mile Rd store!

We went to this location (even though we’ve heard such bad things about them) thinking maybe it’s new owners, or new employees, we wanted to get a new plan and we were told that we couldn’t unless we get a new phone number, which was not what we wanted to do. I knew something was shady when one employee whispered to the other, so I called customer care & they told me they basically wouldn’t make any commission if we didn’t get a new number. The guy who lied ended up staying in the back of the store with nothing to say. They are liars, and very unprofessional.

I would go to a different TMobile. We are a military family and we were lord to. They lied to us about different promotions stating that we had to make two in store purchases to get a promotion. We later found out from corporate that was incorrect. We also declined protection and had it added to our bill.We have never had such blatant and inappropriate conduct through T-Mobile before.These people are scammers!

This location used to be great, now it’s a zero. New manager (says he took over sometime in late 2022) is the worst. Manager that was there back in June 2022 was super nice and helpful. We bought 3 new phones, new maxed out plans, phone accessories and home internet. Ever since the new guy showed up, he’s constantly training new people and just pointing and telling them what to do. He is super NON helpful. I’ve been in there twice after TMobile phone support (who were super nice and helpful by the way) told me to go to the local store and have them do something. Both times I got asked why I was sent there and asked a bunch of questions. Why didn’t they tell you this, why didn’t they do that? How am I supposed to know? They sent me to your store, all you have to do is help me. This last time I just needed a new SIM card for my home internet device. After a really nice long call with a technician in network support, he said just go to a store and tell them to swap the SIM card, you have a bad SIM card. No. This manager at this store said he’d have to charge me $10 for a new SIM card. Not happening. I walked out (and am ashamed to say I said some nasty things first) before he had a chance to back pedal. Last time I was in he tried to sell me an Apple Watch after he again couldn’t help me with a screen protector that I bought at that store. Again, this is not a bad on TMobile, it’s just THIS store. Stay away. I’ll drive another 10 miles to avoid this store.

Quite literally one of the most incompetent group of human beings I’ve ever come across. Upper management departs early and leaves unknowledgeable teens to help customers. When they don’t know the solution they sit on FaceTime with managers. Joke. Go to a different store or try to figure it out online, this location is useless.

Great experience. Thought I came in knowing a lot about phones, but the staff here one-upped me! Shaun was extremely helpful of the crew. He not only helped me with my problems, but also saved me a lot of money on my phone bill. He came off as honest too, not like other places where it seems like they just want your money. Thx guys, I'll be back!

My husband, mother and I were all ready for an upgrade. I Had kind of a crummy situation- but Shaun, and Josh went beyond the call of duty for me. Super friendly, super helpful! I can’t say one bad thing! Keep up the good work, fellas!

Josh and Shaun are con-artists. So I went in and said I wanted to buy a phone out right so it's 100% mine and that I didn't want another contract or installment plan. They looked at me right in the eye and said there is no contract and that the phone was 100% mine. Liars, total liars. I even traded in an old phone and they told me I got $800 of the new phone, that was also a lie! I get the bill a few days ago and it says installment plan 1 out of 24 on there. Yeah, they reeled me into something I clearly said I never wanted to be a part of! I literally said I didn't want a contract, I only want to pay for the service after getting the phone which keep in mind, they worded things so cleverly into thinking I got such a great deal and as stated before, said that the phone was 100% mine which was a flat out lie! Never coming back to this store, Josh and Shaun are liars and because of them, I'm stuck in another contract that I never wanted to be a part of. Unbelievable!

The manager named Shaun is not just exceptional he is a HERO! For several months my husband and I had made several attempts to contact customer service over the phone for assistance with some issues and my husband had become ill and wanted to make sure my name was added to make decisions for our account if necessary. We were passed around several times during each call and never received assistance.We took the risk going out during covid, even with my husbands illness, because we were hoping to get things fixed at a store. When we arrived at the store near Roseville, we waited nearly 25 minutes to be acknowledged! Once we explained our situation we were then told to wait outside the store until they “completed servicing all the paying customers there to buy something”. We waited almost an hour and no one ever came to get us, help us, or even speak to us again. It was embarrassing and hurtful, the treatment was rude beyond belief.I mentioned the situation to a friend that told me about this AMAZING STORE on 32 MILE and told me it was worth the drive and to ask for SHAUN and that he typically works everyday!!!We made the drive to the store and we were greeted by the warmest kindest gentleman, it was SHAUN! Shaun FIXED EVERY PROBLEM within minutes! He helped lower our bill! Which was life changing being on a fixed income during this time. Shaun also noticed my husbands military ID and applied the discount to help us save even more! SHAUN GAVE ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!! When we were done he thanked my husband for his service, provided his business card and invited us to call him at the store for anything in the future. His kindness meant the world to us and he alone restored my faith in a lot and is the reason we remain customers. THANK YOU SHAUN! YOU ARE INTEGRITY!

Josh Shaun and Jordan were excellent These young men helped my family make our way to t mobile in an efficient manner at a great price. They had a lot to do and really tried to handle all their customers in a professional and courteous manner. Thanks guys! So nice to see young men working hard at what they do!

Hands down THE WORST. I went in and the guy would rather talk to his coworker about how their computer system is messed up while his buddy is sitting in the store. Completely unprofessional. I walked out.
