“DSW Manager and sales clerk went out of their way to provide EXCELLENT customer service in recent return. Wife bought ONLINE 2 pair of same shoe (different sizes) knowing she would return 1 pair to local store. We returned same day as arrived, and delivery had not yet been noted in computer system. Manager personally took care of return; even called us at home to confirm; saved us a long drive to store. THANK YOU. We will shop there again.”
“I have always loved shoes. It’s been hard on me, not being able to wear my cute shoes because they hurt my feet and cause ingrown toenails. I recently got a new job that requires me to park half a mile away from my office. I like to walk it whenever I can because I need the exercise. I’ll be 50 in April and I need to do all the right things going forward. This was just one step; I bought two pairs of shoes at Earth Walk that have made a HUGE difference in the way my feet feel. This pair might be the single best pair of shoes I have ever owned. The salesperson was also very helpful. I recommend going to Earth Walk where you can try on the shoes IRL!! There’s no substitute for that.”
