“Had a rear flat tire and left our RAV4 for repair. Got busy working in our Madison yard and asked Mavis to lock car & we would come and retrieve later. Manger told us he repaired two nail holes but would only charge for one. Let Mgr know we would come next day to pay our bill and he told us not to bother it was OK!! Went anyway and our bill ticket was already closed. Thanks to MAVIS for above and beyond customer service!!”
