This Company has/have the worst Call Center Customer Service known to man. While some of the stores offer grate customer service; a terrible Call Center will effectively ruin any business!

The company painted, flagged, and tore up our lawn in order to plant their cable. We were not consulted nor has anyone offered to pay for the damage. We have poor soil and I have e paid to have sod laid three times. I have photos to show that the grass they dug up could not possibly live. No other company has been so inconsiderate. I shall seek compensation for the damage.

My expierence with C Spire has been so lousy. The phone service has been unreliable and quite expensive. Their so called free phone promotion was also really bad. They gave so called free phones but you have to have the account for 3 years. Otherwise you pay for the phone or some prorated portion of it. Most phones don't really last 3 years and C Spires likely knows that. It would not be so bad if C Spire did not seem to promote itself as allowing customers to cancel. Customer service has been especially bad. They are so unhelpful and even rude. Overall, I am very disappointed in C Spire.

Cspire has destroyed parts of my front yard along with painting graffiti all over the road in front of my house, it now looks like a run down dilapidated property. I was planning to put my house on the market in August but that is absolutely out of the question now! Not only did they destroy my lawn in 2 places, they threw traash everywhere and put aluminum sprite cans in holes all over my yard. I now have to hire a professional landscaping company to repair my front lawn. They also put tractor ruts all over my yard as well. CSPIRE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS!!!

Have been a Cspire customer since 2000. I can remember when Cspire phone reception was top-notch. There is a tower of Cspire's 2 miles from our home. Today reception of phone and internet is pitiful. Have called and spoke with reps on different occasions. Nothing has been done too help.

Google calls this a cell phone store. They won’t let you call a store so if you are in pain all the time then you’re kind of left in the dark. Why they don’t want paying customers to contact a store is at best shady and at worst it could be intentionally nefarious.

Guaranteed to leave you hanging on both your business and personal plans, CSpire is the antonym of reliability. On the business side, they have zero sense of urgency. They absolutely will leave you without internet and phones for as long as they feel like. On the personal side, things often break and it takes hours or sometimes even days to fix them. Working in IT, I have become very familiar with lots of different companies, their reliability, and importantly their customer service. CSpire has now tied with AT&T at the absolute bottom of my list of companies I enjoy working with or using their service.Stay far away from CSpire and your life will be more enjoyable.

I swapped carriers two months ago to return as a Cspire customer. I bought a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Great phone, but I cannot get service ~67% of the time. And yes, I did the math and screenshotted problem areas in Google Maps. Dropped calls, no network (5G or 4G) in areas I need it, and text works intermittently. There have been three software updates in nine weeks time... same issues. I went to the local store twice and Noone knew what to do other than what I've already done. I was told this phone shouldn't have problems and was asked asinine questions such as: "Have you submerged the phone? " and "Have you allowed young children to play with the device? " Really? Those are non-issues. Cspire...do better and make it right. Otherwise, I'm leaving... again.

My employer promoted me August 2020 and I received a free IPhone 10 with company paid cell service. The service is with CSpire. I have no end of dropped calls, customers cannot understand voice mails I leave, and worst if I am on the phone I cannot send nor receive texts, pictures, nor access the internet. I’m cut off completely! I checked all app settings and there are no issues. I used a different carrier before and I had no problems with my old iPhone 10. If it wasn’t for the company’s exclusive use of CSpire I would change in a nanosecond back to my previous carrier. As it is I may have to carry 2 phones which is utterly ridiculous! I would never recommend this company for cell use!

Cspire I am tired of your ****! I have had your service for a little less that a year. I signed up and got a "free" Iphone mini 12 it was supposed to be completely free without the payments of the phone with a plan as I was explained, and my Brightstar insurance was canceled even though they said I could have brightstar and cspire insurance coverage with applecare+ service insurance so where did brightstar go? as well as I have had DOUBLE even TRIPLE charged on my bills since February after I paid my payment of the first bill in January I paid for my $50 no bull prepaid wireless plan plus a case $50 bucks plus the $30 activation fee... tell me why after i upgraded to my new plan $90 unlimited plan yall have continued just to keep tacking on the $$?! 112.00 sounds right for ONE month okay I never fell behind my payments as i pay ON time every month so if it is a prepaid bill how do I get charged for a bill that is already paid? and have 257.00 as a bill this month and last month I accidentally paid 145.00 for my bill TWICE and now I am broke and NEED that money back because it wasnt even apart of my PLAN a PREPAID WIRELESS PLAN I want my money back and to stop being triple charged!!! I want a refund and to cancel this whole service honestly. Crooks

I had a bad experience this weekend. I upgraded my phone and can’t work without it. No one can hear me when I call them. Tech support couldn’t help and said to just return it. I mean no one can hear me. I just want my s phone back activated and will be taking my service to a reliable company. No one cared and that has left a bad taste in my mouth. Apple phones are no good. They didn’t try to issue any credit or anything. I am so disappointed because this is unprofessional . Thanks ****** ****
