I had an issue with the payment reader not accepting cash or my card. The Site Manager Robert was extremely helpful in working through the problem and troubleshooting. Once he reset the ready, I was able to pay for the wash.I will go out of my way to visit this location in Ridgeland, MS again, just for the level of customer service Robert and others provided!

Twice now I have visited this car wash and there was a serious equipment malfunction. No communication from the staff as to what is happening. Both times I have wasted over 30 minutes waiting. And refunds are only given when the owner/manager drives from wherever to the car wash on the next day. If they ever get the equipment to work properly and consistently, I still will not return.

Car Wash USA is hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. After spending $20 for the regular wash that includes a wax, my car came out filthy. The car was still covered in bugs and dust, this is after the pre scrubbing by the attendants. When I was vacuuming the inside of the car, one of the attendants came over and asked if my car had been washed. He proceeded to go to the manager and ask if I could go back through the wash. They said I’d have to come back in the morning to speak with the manager to get that approved.After about 20 minutes of vacuuming, the attendant then offered to run my vehicle through the wash again for an upgraded service of $25 if I wanted to Venmo him and the car wash a $1.I wouldn’t waist your time with this location. You’re better off spraying your car down with a garden hose.r

The vacuums are consistently not working properly and for real dirty vehicles having bugs and mud... you're not going to get rid of them as the attendees don't remove them before sending you through the automated washing system. They used to be great, but as the price increases, the quality decreases!

On 5/4/2023 Thursday I encountered a problem with my sticker working. A young man named Robert Houston helped me. I couldn’t have asked for more better person. He took the time to explain to me. What happened and he fix the problem. I highly appreciate that. I was upset because I didn’t understand. But we both get my voice at a normal tone which helps a lot for the customer and the worker. I didn’t understand what was going on, and he took the time to explain it to me. And I really do appreciate that. Most people don’t have the patience these days. Thanks Robert Huston.Kathy!
