“I stored with Storage Max in Ridgeland through Sumer during a time where I was having a hard time gaining my footing, I moved around a lot and couldn't find stable income. I had alot of things I did not want to lose possession of or risk leaving behind so I decided to get the 75$ a month unit here.I used the same unit for roughly a year. I had some poor expeirence with previous storage company but with storagemax they lived up to the hype, and in my opinion is one of the best experiences I had with a company.Sumer was always awesome and very friendly. She does not have to go above and beyond like she did, but she did and I will be appricative of this experience for the rest of my life. When I left several months ago she was ecstatic that I was getting back on my feet. Even when I was having a hard time financially she and the company was understanding. 10 out of 10 recommend this facility and the staff that runs this place.”

“This climate controlled storage building is phenomenal. It's safe and you can access it 24/7. You can use the front door or backdoor. It's your choice. We've been using one of its units to store our packed items before putting our house in the market. It helps to minimize clutter at home for showings. Besides, boxes are ready to go for loading to your next destination.”
“My items were stored there for about six months. I felt secure on the premises and with leaving my stuff there. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, there were no inside units when I got mine. I used rubber containers (make sure they seal properly) because of mice.”

“Storage rental made easy is how I would describe my experience with Ridgeland Self Storage. The convenience of handling everything via phone or electronically was awesome. The facility is located in a safe well lit area. The units are clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I’d use them again if necessary.”

“Brenda is a GEM of a human and so incredibly helpful. We have been seeing her for years while visiting our storage unit. She is ALWAYS helpful, understanding, patient and has worked to find us the best solutions whenever something has come up. She’s very knowledgeable and caring and makes doing business at a storage facility quite enjoyable. We know we can count on her. THANK YOU!Here’s the bad- We originally had our unit with the former storage company (Life storage) before it transitioned to Extra space storage. In the last year, Extra Space storage has increased our rate nearly $185 from January 2023 to January 2024 . The new fees are really steep. Do your market research. But if you choose this place, be sure to ask for Brenda, she will give her you the best service and help you find exactly what you need. :)”
